Oliver (knee) was estimated as a DNP Wednesday, as the Titans held a walk-through practice, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.
Oliver has yet to return to practice after suffering a knee injury in the team's Week 2 loss to the Rams. The wide receiver will have two more chances to return to practice ahead of Sunday's contest in Houston.
