The Titans placed Sweat (ankle) on injured reserve Saturday, Jim Wyatt of the team's official site reports.
Sweat had already missed the team's Week 2 loss versus the Rams with an ankle injury and will now be sidelined for at least another four games. With Sweat out for the time being, Shy Tuttle is currently the only nose tackle on Tennessee's active roster.
