Bray was signed to the 49ers' practice squad Wednesday, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
Bray appeared in one game for Chicago in 2020 and has now managed to find a new team at the end of 2021. He'll provide depth at quarterback with Jimmy Garoppolo dealing with a UCL sprain of his right thumb.
