Hand (hamstring) was a full participant in Thursday's practice.
Hand missed the last two games due to a hamstring injury. In the season opener, he played exclusively on special teams. Hand will likely serve in a similar role in Week 4 against the Browns if Bashaud Breeland (illness) is good to go.
