Sherfield had one reception for 17 yards on two targets in Sunday's win over San Francisco.

Sherfield played on 16 of the offense's 54 offensive snaps. He moved into the fourth receiver role behind Jalen Nailor, who had 50 snaps on offense and four targets, and Brandon Powell (32 snaps and two targets ) with Jordan Addison (ankle) sidelined. Sherfield could see an expanded role Week 3 against Houston if both Addison and Justin Jefferson (quad) are sidelined.
