The Dolphins signed Sheppard to the practice squad Tuesday.
The Packers waived Sheppard on Sunday. The wide receiver cleared waivers and quickly found a job with the Dolphins. Sheppard played in all three preseason contests for the Packers, catching nine balls for 81 yards and two touchdowns.
