Rhodes (hamstring) was reinstated to the practice squad Tuesday.
Rhodes joined the Bills' practice squad Sept. 28, but he was placed on the team's injured list Oct. 1. The expectation was he'd quickly make it to the active roster but the injury derailed those plans. Now healthy, Rhodes will work to earn a spot on the 53-man roster.
