Jones caught all three of his targets for 22 yards in the Eagles' 32-9 loss to the Buccaneers on Monday in the wild-card round before exiting with a concussion. Jones joined the Eagles in October, with Philadelphia marking the fourth stop of his illustrious career. He proceeded to hold a small role while appearing in each of the Eagles' final 11 games of the regular season, compiling 11 catches for 74 yards and three touchdowns on 19 targets. Two of those touchdowns came in the penultimate game of the regular season, as Jones -- who will turn 35 years old in February -- turned back the clock in a loss to the Cardinals. If the playoff loss at Tampa Bay proves to be his final NFL game, it will be a sour note to go out on, but Jones could have a hard time making a roster even if he wanted to continue his career in light of his modest production in 2023.

Jones (concussion) won't return to Monday's wild-card game versus the Eagles, Ralph Vacchiano of Fox Sports reports. Jones' night will end with three receptions for 22 yards. In Jones' absence, Olamide Zaccheaus and Quez Watkins will presumably see increased roles alongside DeVonta Smith at wide receiver.

Jones exited Monday's matchup with the Buccaneers to be evaluated for a concussion, Olivia Reiner of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports. Jones was looked at by the team's medical staff following a big hit before he subsequently jogged off the field. The veteran pass catcher tallied three receptions for 22 yards prior to sustaining the injury. If he is unable to return, Olamide Zaccheaus and Quez Watkins would be candidates to see increased snaps at wide receiver.

Jones caught two passes for 13 yards in Sunday's loss to the Giants. Jones didn't do much in Sunday's regular-season finale, though he did manage double-digit receiving yards for the second straight week, something he failed to do in his first 11 games as an Eagle. He'll finish the season with 11 catches for 74 yards and three scores.

Jones had two receptions on as many targets for 34 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 35-31 loss to the Cardinals. Jones made his biggest impact of the season Sunday after recording just seven receptions for 27 yards over his previous eight appearances with the club. The future Hall of Famer was in vintage form, catching touchdown passes of 12 and 22 yards respectively. Normally we could write off a two-score performance from a role player as an anomaly, but this situation may prove unqiue, and not just because it involves an active legend like Jones. The Eagles lost DeVonta Smith (foot) to injury in the fourth quarter, and the star receiver was spotted using crutches after the game. The Eagles do have seeding to play for in Week 18, and the optics from Sunday's upset loss combined with the need to prepare for the playoffs could have the team in need of a starting wideout opposite A.J. Brown against the Giants. Jones would likely slide into the starting lineup in that scenario, giving him a huge boost in fantasy value after carrying virtually none prior to Week 17.
