    By RotoWire

Hekker is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Patriots due to an illness, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports. The illness is a new issue for Hekker, who is in jeopardy of missing Sunday's game. The Titans don't have a punter on the practice squad, which means Joey Slye and Brandon Allen may have to handle punting and holding duties, respectively, if Hekker is not cleared to play.

It's not clear why exactly Hekker wasn't able to practice Wednesday, but in any case, his availability for Week 18 appears to be in danger. He'll likely need to get back to practice Thursday or Friday to give himself a chance to play Sunday.
