• Panthers' Robert Hunt: Lands big contract

  Hunt is set to sign with the Panthers on Wednesday for five years and $100 million, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports. The guard was a second-round pick in the 2020 Draft who went on to start 55 of the 61 games he played in over four years with the Dolphins. Hunt did miss six games with a hamstring injury in 2023.

  Hunt (hamstring) is inactive ahead of Sunday's game against the Ravens. The 27-year-old offensive lineman was deemed doubtful after a week of practice that included two DNPs, and he'll officially be inactive in Week 17. Miami is expected to shift Robert Jones over to right guard and have Lester Cotton step in at left guard in Hunt's stead.

  Hunt (hamstring) has drawn a doubtful designation for Sunday's game against the Ravens. Hunt was a DNP for consecutive days to start the week before practicing in limited fashion Friday. While his limited participation is a promising sign, he will still need to show a lot more to ultimately get the green light. Should he ultimately get ruled out, Robert Jones would be the likely candidate to replace him on the offensive line.

  Hunt (hamstring) has been ruled out ahead of Monday night's game against the Titans, Daniel Oyefusi of the Miami Herald reports. The fourth-year pro suffered a hamstring injury in Week 13, and after recording consecutive DNPs to begin Miami's week of practice, he's been ruled out ahead of Monday night's affair. With Hunt missing time, expect Liam Eichenberg to serve as the Dolphins' starting right guard in Week 14.
