Mims (ankle) has returned to Sunday's game against the Ravens, Charlie Goldsmith of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports. Mims briefly left Sunday's game with an ankle injury. Cody Ford came in at right tackle while Mims was sidelined, but the latter will reclaim his spot on the Bengals' offensive line.

Mims left Sunday's Week 5 game against the Ravens with an ankle injury, Fox's Melanie Collins reported on the game broadcast. Cody Ford replaced him at right tackle. Mims is questionable to return. The Bengals are already down Trent Brown for the season at right tackle, but Mims had thrived since entering the lineup. Mims previously had tightrope surgery on that ankle in college.

Mims (pectoral) was a full participant in Saturday's practice and does not carry an injury designation ahead of Monday's game against Washington, Charlie Goldsmith of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports. The rookie first-round pick is slated to make his NFL debut Monday after missing the first two games of the regular season due to a pectoral injury he sustained during training camp. Mims will serve in a depth role on the Bengals' offensive line.

Mims (pectoral) returned to practice Monday, Kelsey Conway of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports. Mims strained his pectoral muscle in the Bengals' preseason game against the Buccaneers on Aug. 10, and he was expected to miss multiple weeks. His return to the field to start Week 1 prep puts him on the proper trajectory to suit up Sunday against the Patriots. However, his status for the matchup likely won't be more definitive until the team releases its initial injury report later in the week.

Mims is expected to be sidelined several weeks due to a strained pectoral muscle, Ben Baby of ESPN reports. Bengals head coach Zac Taylor said that Mims' injury won't require surgery, but the rookie lineman is expected to miss Cincinnati's final two preseason contests and is a question mark for Week 1 of the regular season. Mims was selected with the 18th overall pick in April's NFL Draft and had been working with the first-team offense during training camp. He presumably suffered the pec injury during the Bengals' preseason opener Saturday versus Tampa Bay, during which he logged 15 offensive snaps.
