  • The Raiders placed Powers-Johnson (ankle) on injured reserve Tuesday. Powers-Johnson was injured in last Thursday night's loss to the Broncos and could be at risk of missing the remainder of the season. Veteran Alex Cappa replaced Powers-Johnson at right guard last week against Denver.

The Raiders haven't provided an official timeline for Powers-Johnson's recovery, but he'll be out for at least four games and could be at risk of missing the remainder of the season. Alex Cappa is expected to step in as the Raiders' new starting right guard beginning with Monday's game against the Cowboys.

Powers-Johnson rolled his left ankle in the middle of a block. He was briefly examined in the medical tent but was then carted to the locker room. While Powers-Johnson is officially questionable to return, it would be a surprise to see him back in the contest.
