Wilson (ribs) wore a yellow non-contact jersey for a second consecutive practice Thursday, Bo Brack of PHNX Cardinals reports. Wilson is dealing with sore ribs in the wake of this past Sunday's loss to the Broncos, which resulted in a limited session Wednesday and likely will cap his reps one day later. Thursday's injury report will reveal his activity level.

Marvin Harrison Jr. left the Cardinals, and Wilson got worse, which is what I expected. In three games without Harrison, Wilson has combined for 22 targets for 12 catches, 117 yards and no touchdowns, and he scored 10.6 PPR points or less in each outing. But he should get back on track in Week 8 against the Cowboys, who are No. 10 in most Fantasy points allowed to opposing receivers. A receiver has scored at least 12.9 PPR points against Dallas in every game this season, and Wilson has the best chance to do that for the Cardinals in Week 8. I also like Kendrick Bourne as a sleeper given the matchup, but Wilson should perform like a No. 2 Fantasy receiver in all leagues.

Wilson (ribs) was a limited participant in Wednesday's practice, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports. Wilson was seen wearing a yellow non-contact jersey Wednesday, per Theo Mackie of The Arizona Republic. Afterward, Wilson told Tyler Drake of ArizonaSports.com that he emerged from this past Sunday's loss to the Broncos with sore ribs, hence the reason for the jersey. Wilson will have two more chances to get back to full this week before the Cardinals potentially tag him with a designation for Sunday's game at Dallas.

Wilson caught four of eight targets for 55 yards in Sunday's 30-16 loss to the Broncos. He also rushed twice for 11 yards. Wilson finished second on the team behind Trey McBride in catches, receiving yards and targets. The fourth-year wideout has drawn at least seven targets in every game this season, but Wilson has exceeded 56 receiving yards only twice in seven tries. Wilson hasn't stepped up since the Cardinals traded away Marvin Harrison, but the upcoming Week 8 matchup with Dallas' beatable secondary creates a potential breakout opportunity for Arizona's No. 1 wide receiver.

I thought Wilson would be awesome once the Cardinals moved on from Marvin Harrison Jr., but the exact opposite has happened. In two games without Harrison, Wilson has scored 7.3 PPR points or less in each outing against Detroit and the Rams. He has eight catches for 62 yards and no touchdowns over that span on 14 targets, and he will be tough to trust in two-receiver leagues in Week 7 against the Broncos, especially if Patrick Surtain II (ankle) is able to play. Denver has allowed eight receivers this season to score at least 10 PPR points, and Wilson is still worth using in three-receiver leagues. But he's struggling as the No. 1 receiver without Harrison on the field, and that should continue in Week 7.
