• Seahawks' Kenneth Walker: Combines to go over century mark

  Walker rushed 25 times for 83 yards and caught all three of his targets for 25 yards in Sunday's 26-20 overtime loss to the Rams. Walker combined to go for over 100 yards, but he required 28 touches to reach that mark. Seattle's workhorse continues to dominate the backfield touches despite struggling on a per-carry basis in recent weeks. Walker remains a strong fantasy play despite his recent shortcomings as the Seahawks enter the bye week. Seattle will resume play against the 49ers on Nov. 17.

  Walker didn't take part in Wednesday's practice due to an illness, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports. Walker came down with an illness this past weekend that left him questionable for the Week 7 game. He ended up suiting up Sunday in Atlanta, and while his snap share of 47 percent was below his norm (between 60 and 70 percent) on the season, he still had 14 carries for 69 yards and one touchdown and gathered in both targets for 24 yards and another score. Meanwhile No. 2 back Zach Charbonnet earned a 55 percent snap share and tallied eight touches for just nine total yards. Because Walker remains under the weather at the beginning of Week 8 prep, he has plenty of time to put the ailment behind him ahead of Sunday's game against the Bills.

  Walker (illness) rushed 14 times for 69 yards and a touchdown and brought in both targets for 24 yards and another score in the Seahawks' 34-14 win over the Falcons on Sunday. Walker was a Saturday addition to the injury report due to an illness, but the third-year back didn't display any signs of attrition while helping the Seahawks to a win on his 24th birthday. He hit pay dirt twice in a game for the second time this season, recording scoring plays on a 20-yard run and 17-yard reception in the second and third quarters, respectively. The latter play showed off Walker's receiver-like skills, as he managed a picturesque outstretched grab. He should have plenty of time to get back to full health ahead of a Week 8 home showdown against the Bills.

  Walker (illness) is active for Sunday's game against the Falcons, Michael-Shawn Dugar of The Athletic reports. Walker appeared on the injury report Saturday with an undisclosed illness, but he will be on the field for Sunday's matchup. He has been Seattle's lead back this season, though it's unclear if his health will interfere with his usage against Atlanta. Walker will also look to get back to his early-season form, as he's managed only 51 yards on 19 carries combined across the last two games.
