  Knight recorded nine tackles (five solo), including 1.0 sacks, in Sunday's 16-6 win over the Cardinals. The inside linebacker also played on at least 80 percent of the defensive snaps for the second game in a row since taking over the starting role following the departure of Tyrel Dodson. Knight has 19 tackles (nine solo) over those two games. The 2024 fourth-round pick appears entrenched as the starter going into a Week 13 matchup with the Jets.

  Knight recorded 10 tackles (four solo) in Sunday's 20-17 win over the 49ers. The 2024 fourth-round pick took over a starting role at inside linebacker after Seattle waived Tyrel Dodson on Nov. 11. Knight also played on 47 defensive snaps Sunday, a season high.

• Seahawks' Tyrice Knight: In line to start vs. Miami

  Knight is in line to make his first career NFL start Sunday against Miami due to Jerome Baker (hamstring) being listed as doubtful, Curtis Crabtree of Fox 13 Seattle reports. Baker had been dealing with a hamstring injury during training camp, and he aggravated it during the Seahawks' Week 2 overtime win over the Patriots. Knight took over for Baker at inside linebacker in that contest, and the former finished with seven tackles (three solo) while playing 42 snaps on defense and 10 on special teams. Knight was known as a run-stopper at UTEP, and the rookie fourth-round pick should see plenty of action at inside linebacker alongside Tyrel Dodson if Baker is inactive Sunday.
