The St. Louis Rams didn't make a tender offer to restricted free agent Tim Barnes, according to a report by Jim Thomas of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. That means that the offensive lineman will become an unrestricted free agent on March 10, and the Rams wouldn't get any compensatory draft picks, if he signs with another team. The Rams can still bring Barnes back by re-signing him on the open market.
