The NFL announced Monday that Kareem Jackson has been suspended for four games for violating player safety rules, Jeff Legwold of ESPN.com reports.Jackson has now been suspended for the second time this season, after he was previously dealt a four-game ban in late October for multiple violations of unnecessary roughness rules. The ban was reduced to two games following an appeal, but he's likely to serve all four games of his latest suspension after he was deemed to have lowered his helmet during a hit on Vikings quarterback Joshua Dobbs less than two minutes Sunday's 21-20 win over Minnesota. Jackson, who wasn't penalized on the play in question and ended up taking the field for all 74 of Denver's defensive snaps in Week 11, still plans on appealing his latest suspension, according to Legwold.
