Cyrus Gray (undisclosed) has reached an injury settlement with the Falcons, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports.It's unclear what sort of injury Gray is nursing, but he'll now hit the free agent market. Atlanta now rosters a foursome of Devonta Freeman, Tevin Coleman, Terron Ward and Brandon Wilds at running back.

Falcons' Cyrus Gray: Carries 18 times against Browns
Cyrus Gray ran for 76 yards on 18 carries in Thursday's preseason win over the Browns.The 76 yards was good for the team lead, but he only averaged 4.2 yards a carry. Devonta Freeman, Brandon Wilds and Gus Johnson all averaged at least six yards a carry on Thursday, with Freeman boasting an impressive 10.5 yards a clip on four carries. Gray proved he can handle a heavy workload, but he'll need to be a little more effective if he wants to make the final roster.

Falcons' Cyrus Gray: Signed by Falcons
Cyrus Gray was signed by the Atlanta Falcons on Wednesday, Vaughn McClure of ESPN.com reports.Gray spent three seasons with the Chiefs after getting picked in the sixth round of the 2012 draft. He hasn't made much of a fantasy impact throughout his career but figures to supply the Falcons with another body in the backfield with third-string rusher Terron Ward (ankle) sidelined.

Chiefs release RB Cyrus Gray
The Kansas City Chiefs have released running back and special teams standout Cyrus Gray, per the Kansas City Star. The sixth-round pick in the 2012 draft carried just 24 times during his career with the team for 99 yards and one touchdown. He had eight attempts for 31 yards and that lone score in 2014. He was out after November 11, however, with a torn ACL.
