Ravens' Joseph Morgan: Released on Monday
Joseph Morgan was released by the Baltimore Ravens on Monday, ESPN's Adam Caplan reports.Known as a deep threat, Morgan didn't get a shot to use his speed in Baltimore, with the team preferring Chris Givens and Jeremy Butler behind top wideout Kamar Aiken. It isn't a great sign for Morgan's future that he was released by a team with minimal healthy talent at his position.

Report: Saints re-sign WR Joseph Morgan
The New Orleans Saints have re-signed wide receiver New Orleans Saints to a one-year deal, according to the Times-Picayune. Morgan was waived in December following a suspension due to unspecified reasons. "A lot of people been saying it's my off-field issues or whatever, I'm not a troubled guy, Sean even told me that in the meeting I had with him. It's nothing to do with the off-field issues, it was basically the team making a decision based off what they like and they are making plans for the future and unfortunately I wasn't a part of that," Morgan said in December. In 19 games over four seasons with the Saints, Morgan has registered 14 receptions for 471 yards and three touchdowns.
