The Carolina Panthers have ruled the following players as inactive for Week 17 against Atlanta: cornerback James Dockery. tackle David Foucault, linebacker A.J. Klein, safety Robert Lester, defensive tackle Kyle Love, guard Amini Silatolu, and running back DeAngelo Williams. Williams was listed as probable heading into Sunday's game with a hand injury.
