Ryan Seymour: Announces retirement
Ryan Seymour announced his retirement from the NFL on Friday, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.Seymour entered the league in 2013 as a seventh-round selection by the Seahawks and also spent time with the 49ers, Bears, Browns and Saints before joining the Cowboys this past season. He was never more than a solid reserve option along the offensive line and will finish his career with just three starts to his name.

Cowboys' Ryan Seymour: Re-signs with Cowboys
Ryan Seymour signed a contract with the Dallas Cowboys on Friday, 247Sports.com reports.Seymour was on the Cowboys' practice squad for most of the 2016 season before getting the call-up to the active roster for Week 17. He was later released in order for the team to add extra depth at wide receiver for the playoffs. Now back in Dallas, he'll compete for a depth role in advance of the 2017 campaign.

The Cleveland Browns listed 11 players on its final injury report for Week 17 against Baltimore. Ahtyba Rubin (ankle) and Ryan Seymour (hamstring) were ruled out, while quarterback Brian Hoyer (shoulder, bicep) was deemed doubtful for Sunday. Gary Barnidge (rib), Desmond Bryant (thumb), Joe Haden (shoulder), Andrew Hawkins (thumb), Jabaal Sheard (foot), Ryan Taylor (elbow) and K'Waun Williams (hamstring) were designated as questionable.
