Al Louis-Jean was waived by Miami on Saturday, Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald reports.The Dolphins are a little thin in the secondary so it should come as a surprise that Louis-Jean didn't survive the first round of cuts. Louis-Jean could be brought back at a later date should the need arise.

Dolphins' Al Louis-Jean: Signs with Dolphins
Al Louis-Jean signed with the Miami Dolphins on Monday, Adam Beasley of The Miami Herald reports.Louis-Jean was most recently waived by the Redskins in May, but had impressed the Dolphins enough to sign him to a deal after working out for the team a week ago. The young cornerback boasts solid size and speed for the position, so he is worth a look for Miami. The team waived/injured cornerback Ifo Ekpre-Olomu (knee) as a corresponding move.

Bears sign cornerback Al Louis-Jean to two-year extension
The Chicago Bears announced cornerback Al Louis-Jean has been signed to a two-year contract extension. Louis-Jean was an undrafted rookie in 2014 and played in nine games and recorded 11 tackles.
