Eagles' Jalen Hurts: Commits five TOs in ugly loss
Jalen Hurts completed 21 of 40 pass attempts for 240 yards, no touchdowns and four interceptions while taking four carries for eight yards and a lost fumble in Monday's 22-19 overtime loss to the Chargers. There is simply no other way to break it down: this was Hurts' worst performance of his otherwise impressive professional career. The 26-year-old tripled his season interception total with Monday's quartet of picks, and he even had a potential fifth one reversed following a replay review. To add insult to injury, a comedy of errors unfolded in the second quarter that resulted in Hurts scooping up a ball that a defender who intercepted his initial pass had fumbled away, only to have the ball stripped away from his arms by a Chargers defender to give possession back to Los Angeles. The mobile quarterback has done a commendable job protecting the football prior to Monday's outburst of turnovers, so fantasy managers should not lose faith in Hurts ahead of a get-right matchup against Las Vegas in Week 15.

Eagles' Jalen Hurts: Solid second half in loss
Jalen Hurts completed 19 of 34 passes for 230 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in Friday's 24-15 loss to the Bears. He added four rushes for 31 yards but also lost a fumble.Hurts failed to move the Philadelphia Eagles offense in the first half, as he was regularly off target and totaled only 57 passing yards on 10 attempts. He was more effective in the second half, connecting with A.J. Brown on several key completions -- including 33 and four-yard touchdown strikes. Even Hurts' effort in the final two quarters was hampered by two turnovers, however, including a fumble on a Tush Push deep in Bears territory. While he has been inconsistent leading the Philadelphia offense, Hurts has multiple touchdowns in consecutive games and four of his last six contests.

Eagles' Jalen Hurts: Three scores in loss
Jalen Hurts completed 27 of 39 passes for 289 yards, one touchdown and no interceptions in Sunday's 24-21 loss to the Cowboys. He added seven rushes for 33 yards and two additional scores.Hurts appeared to be in for a huge fantasy performance, as all three of his touchdowns came in the first 19 minutes of game time. While the offense stalled from there, Hurts logged both his most pass attempts and completions of the season to post his second-highest yardage total of the campaign. That led to an excellent fantasy performance, though it masked his ongoing inconsistency as a passer, as he had topped out at 183 passing yards over his previous three contests. Hurts also continues to rely primarily on touchdowns for his rushing production, racking up fewer than 35 rushing yards in seven straight games.

Eagles' Jalen Hurts: Scores team's only TD in SNF win
Jalen Hurts completed 14 of 28 pass attempts for 135 yards while taking 10 carries for 31 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 16-9 win over Detroit.Hurts turned in a stat line similar to what he was producing out of the gates this season: low-volume passing totals with almost all of his value coming from his legs. Fantasy mangers would prefer if the 26-year-old could utilize both of his elite skills on a weekly basis, but at least his sporadic rushing scores have helped limit the signal-caller from truly having a bad game through 10 starts. Adding it all up, Hurts is completing 69 percent of his passes while accounting for 22 total touchdowns to just three turnovers. Those elite metrics coupled with a soft matchup against the Cowboys next Sunday should elevate Hurts' stock in Week 12.

Eagles' Jalen Hurts: Throws team's only TD on MNF
Jalen Hurts completed 15 of 26 pass attempts for 183 yards and a touchdown while taking five carries for 27 yards and a lost fumble in Monday's 10-7 win over Green Bay.Hurts fell victim to a frigid defensive battle at Lambeau Field on Monday Night Football. He coughed up his second fumble of the season at the end of a lengthy opening drive and followed that up with three punts and a turnover on downs in a scoreless first half. The 26-year-old came alive in the fourth quarter when he fired a 36-yard rainbow to DeVonta Smith for Philadelphia's only touchdown and game-winning score. Hurts may be asked to shoulder more of a load on offense Week 11 against a Lions offense that is clicking on all cylinders heading into Sunday Night Football.

Eagles' Jalen Hurts: Fires four TDs in Week 8 win
Jalen Hurts completed 15 of 20 passes for 179 yards and four touchdowns in Sunday's 38-20 win over the Giants. He added 22 rushing yards on four carries. The Philadelphia Eagles QB didn't need to air it out much, as both Saquon Barkley (groin) and Tank Bigsby topped 100 rushing yards on the afternoon, but Hurts was surgical when he did throw it, hitting Dallas Goedert for a pair of TDs and sending one each to Barkley and Jahan Dotson. The four scores tied Hurts' career high, a mark he reached in both 2022 and 2023, and he's thrown multiple touchdowns in five of the last six contests, amassing a 15:1 TD:INT over that stretch. Hurts will get a well-earned rest on Philly's Week 9 bye before taking on the Packers at Lambeau Field in Week 10.

Eagles' Jalen Hurts: Another high-volume passing day
Jalen Hurts completed 19 of 23 passes for 326 yards with three touchdowns and no interceptions while adding four carries for minus-10 yards in the Philadelphia Eagles' 28-22 win over the Vikings on Sunday.Hurts took three sacks, but otherwise he had a near-flawless day that allowed him to finish with a perfect 158.3 passer rating. The reigning Super Bowl MVP had to get aggressive through the air for the third straight game, ultimately setting a new season high in passing yardage yet again after also doing so in Weeks 5 and 6. Hurts was clicking with both of his top receivers, as DeVonta Smith and A.J. Brown accounted for 13 of his completions, 304 of his yards and all three of his touchdown passes. In addition to his 37- and 26-yard scoring strikes to Brown, Hurts also hit the star wideout for a critical 45-yard gain up the left sideline on third down with just under two minutes remaining, a play that would go on to allow Philadelphia to run out the clock. Hurts also connected with Smith for a 79-yard touchdown, the game's longest play through the air, in the third quarter, and the talented signal-caller will head into a Week 8 home rematch with the Giants boasting an 11:1 TD:INT on the campaign.

Eagles' Jalen Hurts: Solid numbers in shocking loss
Jalen Hurts completed 24 of 33 passes for 283 yards with a touchdown and an interception while adding seven rushes for 13 yards and another score in the Philadelphia Eagles' 34-17 loss to the Giants on Thursday night.Hurts and the Eagles offense had a productive first quarter when they netted 10 points as a unit, and the reigning Super Bowl MVP connected with Dallas Goedert from three yards out late in the period for six of those. Hurts would add a one-yard touchdown run at just under the seven-minute mark of the second quarter, and that would surprisingly be the end of the scoring on the night for Philadelphia. Hurts exceeded 30 pass attempts for a second consecutive contest for the first time this season, and he averaged a season-best 8.6 yards per attempt Thursday while connecting with six different targets. The sixth-year pro's one interception also was very costly, however, as it came at the Giants' nine-yard line early in the fourth quarter with the Eagles down 10 and was returned all the way to Philadelphia's 23-yard line to set up the New York's game-clinching touchdown. Hurts has hit or exceeded 280 passing yards in each of the last two games heading into a Week 7 road showdown against the Vikings on Sunday, Oct. 19.

Eagles' Jalen Hurts: Season-high passing yardage in loss
Jalen Hurts completed 23 of 38 passes for 280 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions and added two rushes for three yards in the Philadelphia Eagles' 21-17 loss to the Broncos on Sunday.Despite the Broncos' standout secondary and the fact they held a lead for a significant portion of the game, the Eagles curiously took a pass-centric approach Sunday, affording Saquon Barkley a scant six carries. Hurts recorded season highs in completions, pass attempts and passing yards, while also recording multiple touchdown tosses for the third consecutive game by connecting with Dallas Goedert (two yards) and Barkley (47 yards) in the second and third quarters, respectively. However, Hurts also took a season-high six sacks, and he threw incomplete on back-to-back plays from the Broncos' 29-yard line to finish the game. Hurts was also much less involved than usual as a runner, but he draws an excellent matchup on a short week when the Eagles visit the Giants on Thursday night to kick off Week 6.

Eagles' Jalen Hurts: Well-balanced line in win
Jalen Hurts completed 15 of 24 passes for 130 yards with two touchdowns and no interceptions while adding nine rushes for 62 yards in the Philadelphia Eagles' 31-25 win over the Buccaneers on Sunday. He also fumbled once but recovered. The Eagles' air attack was back to low-volume mode Sunday, despite the Buccaneers eventually making matters interesting in the second half. Hurts had his share of misfires against an aggressive Tampa Bay defense, but he connected on two nifty touchdown passes to Dallas Goedert at the shadow of the goal line and also mustered a team- and co-season-high rushing yardage total. After not throwing a touchdown pass in either of the first two games of the season, Hurts has bounced back to toss five in the last pair of contests, and he's yet to throw an interception despite a couple of close calls Sunday. Hurts will take on the unenviable task of facing the Broncos defense when Denver pays a visit next Sunday afternoon for a Week 5 interconference showdown.
