Packers' Bo Melton: No receptions in Week 15
Bo Melton failed to corral his lone target while playing nine of the Green Bay Packers' 66 snaps on offense in Sunday's 34-26 loss to the Broncos. After hauling in a deep ball from Jordan Love for a 45-yard touchdown in the Packers' Week 14 win over the Bears, Melton was held quiet Sunday during his limited time on the field. Green Bay listed fellow wideouts Christian Watson (chest/shoulder) and Dontayvion Wicks (ankle) as non-participants Tuesday on its first Week 16 practice report, so Melton could be in line for a slight uptick in snaps if either or both players aren't available for Saturday's rematch with the Bears in Chicago.

Packers' Bo Melton: Brings in deep target for TD in Week 14
Bo Melton played nine of the Green Bay Packers' 53 snaps on offense and recorded a 45-yard touchdown reception on two targets in Sunday's 28-21 win over the Bears.Green Bay converted Melton to defensive back in the offseason, but the 26-year-old has been seeing more usage on offense in recent weeks in addition to serving as a core player on special teams. He made his biggest play of the season in the Week 14 victory over Chicago, hauling in a deep pass from Jordan Love late in the second quarter to give Green Bay a 14-3 lead. The Packers didn't have Savion Williams (foot) available for a second straight game Sunday, and Matthew Golden was also limited to just five snaps against the Bears due to a wrist injury, so despite delivering a splash play in the Week 14 win, Melton could see his snaps on offense take a hit once Green Bay is back to full strength at receiver.

Packers' Bo Melton: Limited to one offensive snap
Bo Melton had one carry for 17 yards in Sunday's 27-20 victory over the Giants. He also returned two kickoffs for 37 yards. The wideout-turned-cornerback-turned-wideout got 26 snaps on the offensive side of the ball with the Green Bay Packers in a pinch in Week 10, and although he had the long run Sunday, it was the only snap he got in offense in Week 11. As such, it seems likely he will continue focusing on defense -- and special teams -- moving forward.

Packers' Bo Melton: Sees work as receiver in Week 10
Bo Melton played 26 of the Green Bay Packers' 68 snaps on offense and recorded two catches for 28 yards on five targets in Monday's 10-7 loss to the Eagles. After being converted from receiver to cornerback during the offseason, Melton was active for seven of the Packers' first eight games but had been deployed almost exclusively on special teams, logging just seven total snaps as a defender through the first nine weeks. However, perhaps due in part to being without Jayden Reed (collarbone) and Matthew Golden (shoulder) in Week 10 in addition to Romeo Doubs (chest) exiting the contest early, the Packers elected to break Melton in for his first reps on offense of 2025. Melton ended up finishing the night with a 38 percent offensive snap share, placing him behind Christian Watson, Dontayvion Wicks and Doubs but ahead of Malik Heath and Savion Williams in playing time at receiver. Head coach Matt LaFleur could shed more light on his plans for Melton when he addresses the media later this week, but the 26-year-old's usage on either offense or defense is likely to be dependent on the health of the Packers' receiver and cornerback groups.

Packers' Bo Melton: Getting work at CB
Green Bay Packers general manager Brian Gutekunst told reporters Wednesday that Bo Melton will mostly play at corner during training camp and the preseason, Matt Schneidman of The Athletic reports.Melton received reps at corner during minicamp in June. It appears the 2022 seventh-rounder will officially make the switch to defense, though he'll likely operate as a depth piece in the secondary behind Keisean Nixon, Carrington Valentine and Nate Hobbs. Melton appeared in all 17 regular-season games for the Packers in 2024 and posted eight catches (on 17 targets) for 91 yards while adding eight carries for 54 yards.
