Titans' Will Levis: Expected to lose starting gig
Will Levis is expected to move into a backup role for Sunday's game at Indianapolis, with Mason Rudolph likely in line to replace him as the Tennessee Titans' starting quarterback, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.According to Fowler's report, the Titans will make a change at quarterback for Week 16, so unless the team elects to award the start to practice-squad member Trevor Siemian, Rudolph represents the logical candidate to replace Levis. The second-year signal-caller will head to the bench after he endured another tough outing in this past Sunday's 37-27 loss to the Bengals, when he completed eight of 12 pass attempts for 89 yards and three interceptions while also losing a fumble before being pulled midway through the third quarter in favor of Rudolph. Through 11 starts this season, Levis has completed 63.7 percent of his passes for 6.3 yards per attempt and 12 touchdowns, but turnovers have been a major issue. He's lost five fumbles and has thrown 12 interceptions, including an NFL-high four pick-sixes. Levis' lack of development will likely prompt the Titans to pursue an upgrade at quarterback through the draft or free agency this offseason.

Titans' Will Levis: Quarterback position under review
Tennessee Titans head coach Brian Callahan said the team will spend the next two days evaluating whether Will Levis, who was benched in Week 15, or Mason Rudolph will start Sunday's road matchup against the Colts, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.Levis was benched during Tennessee's 37-27 loss to the Bengals in Week 15 after accounting for four turnovers (three interceptions and one lost fumble). He otherwise completed eight of 12 passes for 89 yards and zero touchdowns. Rudolph looked more competent, if unremarkable, in relief of Levis, completing 21 of 26 passes for 209 yards with two touchdowns and one interception, while also rushing twice for 14 yards. In order to properly divvy up first-team reps, the Titans may make an official decision at the quarterback position for Week 16 prior to Wednesday's practice.

Titans' Will Levis: Benched after four turnovers
Will Levis completed eight of 12 passes for 89 yards, zero touchdowns and three interceptions in Sunday's 37-27 loss to the Bengals. He also lost a fumble.Levis had shown an improved ability to take care of the ball since returning from a shoulder injury in Week 10, having thrown only two picks and losing one fumble in five games. Things unraveled for him quickly in Sunday's loss, however, as he lost a fumble to begin the second quarter and then threw an interception on back-to-back possessions. After throwing a pick-six on Tennessee's second drive of the second half, he was ultimately benched in favor of Mason Rudolph. Levis' status is uncertain for the rest of the season after his most recent benching.

Titans' Will Levis: Logs full practice
Will Levis (shoulder) was a full practice participant Wednesday, Jim Wyatt of the Tennessee Titans' official site reports.Levis missed three games earlier this season with an AC joint sprain and then aggravated his throwing shoulder during Sunday's 10-6 loss to the Jaguars. He was able to finish out that game and now is practicing without limitations, setting him up for another start this Sunday against the Bengals.

Titans' Will Levis: Shoulder becomes concern again
Will Levis completed 19 of 32 passes for 168 yards, no touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 10-6 loss to the Jaguars. He added one rush for three yards.Levis drew one of the best matchups in the league against a struggling Jaguars defense, but he managed to do little with the opportunity. Tennessee didn't find the end zone on the day, while Levis averaged only 5.3 yards per attempt. Most concerning was that he aggravated the AC joint sprain that cost him three games earlier in the season on a hard hit on the final play of the first half, per Turron Davenport of ESPN.com. That likely affected his performance in the final two quarters of the loss and casts doubt on his status moving forward.

Titans' Will Levis: Two scores in blowout loss
Will Levis completed 18 of 37 passes for 212 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 42-19 loss to the Commanders.Levis' final line looks mediocre, though he failed to get the Tennessee offense moving until the Commanders held a 28-0 lead. Nevertheless, he did throw for multiple touchdowns -- both of which went to Nick Westbrook-Ikhine (24 and 17 yards) -- for the third time in the last four games. Most importantly for Levis, he once again limited mistakes by not turning the ball over and taking only two sacks. Though there are still inconsistencies, he's shown a decent amount of improvement from the start of the campaign.

Titans' Will Levis: Gets deep ball going
Will Levis completed 18 of 24 pass attempts for 278 yards, two touchdowns and one interception in Sunday's 32-27 win over the Texans. He added eight rushes for 10 yards and also lost a fumble. As usual, Levis had plenty of both positives and negatives during the Tennessee Titans' upset win. He led the team to points on each of the first three drives, highlighted by a 38-yard touchdown pass to Nick Westbrook-Ikhine and a 63-yard connection with Calvin Ridley to set up a Tony Pollard score. Levis later chipped in his second touchdown with a 70-yard toss to Chigoziem Okonkwo, though the majority of that gain came after the catch. While those were all significant bright spots, Levis also turned the ball over twice, including a pick-six late in the third quarter, while also taking eight sacks. Despite the ongoing inconsistency, he's combined to throw for 573 yards with eight completions of at least 20 yards across his last two games.

Titans' Will Levis: Mixed results Sunday
Will Levis completed 17 of 31 pass attempts for 295 yards, one touchdown and one interception while rushing seven times for 18 yards in Sunday's 23-13 loss to Minnesota.Levis didn't have his best game in terms of completion rate (55 percent), setting a new low for the 2024 season against Minnesota. However, the Kentucky product did manage to bolster fantasy managers' scores with a 98-yard touchdown pass to Nick Westbrook-Ikhine on third down in the second half. Levis' inconsistent play limits his value to deeper leagues heading into next week's road tilt against the Texans.

Titans' Will Levis: Two touchdowns in return
Will Levis completed 18 of 23 passes for 175 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in Sunday's 27-17 loss to the Chargers. He added five rushes for 41 yards.Levis returned from a three-game absence caused by a shoulder injury and turned in his first appearance of the campaign without a turnover. He padded his stats with a touchdown drive in garbage time that concluded with a 15-yard touchdown pass to Calvin Ridley, though he also found Ridley for a 41-yard score on the Tennessee Titans' first offensive possession. Levis isn't likely to become useful in most fantasy formats, but he did show a level of competence that was missing earlier in the campaign.

As a result, Mason Rudolph -- who had started in place of Levis -- will move back to backup duties Sunday.
