Bengals' Chase Brown: Scores ninth touchdown Monday
Chase Brown rushed 14 times for 58 yards while catching six of eight targets for 65 yards and a touchdown in Monday's 27-20 win over Dallas.Brown scored his ninth touchdown of the season off a lengthy reception Monday, but the play needed a successful challenge to overrule the referees marking the back out at the three-yard line. The 24-year-old got a highlight moment by leaping into the Salvation Army holiday pot at AT&T Stadium, paying homage to Ezekiel Elliott's touchdown celebration back in 2016. Brown has scored all nine of his touchdowns over the Cincinnati Bengals' last 10 games, making him a strong fantasy asset heading in to a soft matchup against the Titans on Sunday.

Bengals' Chase Brown: Solid game on limited touches
Chase Brown rushed the ball 12 times for 70 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's 44-38 loss to the Steelers. He added three receptions on three targets for 30 yards.Brown looked to be in for a huge game as he accounted for 54 rushing yards and a score on the Cincinnati Bengals' second offensive possession. However, Cincinnati found itself chasing the lead for much of the second half, which led to Brown getting only four carries in the final two quarters. Nevertheless, he remains the clear lead back and has now found the end zone or topped 100 yards from scrimmage in five consecutive matchups.

Bengals' Chase Brown: Goes for 143 yards on 27 touches
Chase Brown carried the ball 22 times for 86 yards while catching five of seven targets for 57 yards in Sunday's 34-27 loss to the Chargers.Brown continues to be the bell cow for Cincinnati's backfield, surrendering no carries to fellow running backs while producing 143 yards on 27 total touches. The sophomore out of Illinois failed to extend a modest three-game touchdown streak, but it's hard to scoff at this kind of production from a player that was likely snagged off the wire early in the fantasy season. Brown will enter Cincinnati's bye week with 957 yards from scrimmage and seven total touchdowns in as many games played (12) as his rookie season.

Bengals' Chase Brown: Logs 22 touches in loss
Chase Brown rushed 13 times for 42 yards and a touchdown and secured nine of 11 targets for 52 yards in the Cincinnati Bengals' 35-34 loss to the Ravens on Thursday night. He also lost a fumble.Brown once again filled the lead-back role and was the only Bengals running back to record a rush attempt, but he was nearly as involved as a receiver due to game script. The second-year back finished second in receptions, receiving yards and targets behind Ja'Marr Chase, and he was able to post his fifth rushing touchdown of the season on a one-yard run to cap off the opening possession of the game. Brown will eventually begin sharing touches with the recently acquired Khalil Herbert, but he should continue to pace the ground game in a Week 11 road tilt against the Chargers on Sunday night, Nov. 17.

Bengals' Chase Brown: Gets new backfield complement
Chase Brown will have a new backup for Week 10 after Cincinnati acquired Khalil Herbert from Chicago on Tuesday, Charlie Goldsmith of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.Through the Cincinnati Bengals' first eight games of the season, Brown had been working in a timeshare with Zack Moss. Brown dominated the backfield in a Week 9 win over the Raiders after Moss was ruled out for the contest due to a neck injury, playing 79 percent of the snaps and amassing a career-high 120 yards on the ground while taking on all of the running-back usage (27 carries, five receptions). Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reported Tuesday that Moss is slated to miss at least the rest of the regular season, but the addition of Herbert -- who has averaged 4.8 yards per carry over 48 career games -- provides more formidable competition for supplementary work behind Brown than Trayveon Williams or Kendall Milton. With Herbert in the fold, Brown shouldn't be expected to handle 100 percent of the backfield usage as he did in Week 9, but the second-year back should still see a sizable three-down role.

Bengals' Chase Brown: Estimated as full participant
Chase Brown (rib) was listed as a full participant on Monday's practice estimate.Per Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network, Brown suffered a bruised rib in Sunday's win over the Raiders, but the running back's listed full participation a day later indicates that his availability for Thursday night's game against the Ravens is not in danger. With Zack Moss on track to miss time with a neck injury, Brown appears poised to maintain a heavy workload versus Baltimore and likely beyond, after logging a career-high 27 carries against Las Vegas.

Bengals' Chase Brown: Bruised rib in win over Las Vegas
Coach Zac Taylor said Monday that Chase Brown suffered a bruised rib in Sunday's win over the Raiders, Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network reports.Brown briefly exited Sunday's win but quickly returned and went on to set career highs in carries (27), rushing yards (120) and receptions (five), totaling 157 yards and one touchdown on his 32 touches. Meanwhile, Trayveon Williams didn't handle a single carry or target as the backup. With Zack Moss (neck) now out indefinitely, according to Taylor via Adam Schefter of ESPN, Brown looks like a locked-in every-down back moving forward, assuming his rib injury isn't serious. The Cincinnati Bengals have a quick Week 10 turnaround with a road game against the division-rival Ravens on tap for Thursday night.

Bengals' Chase Brown: Capitalizes on lead-back role
Chase Brown rushed 27 times for 120 yards and brought in all five targets for 37 yards and a touchdown in the Cincinnati Bengals' 41-24 win over the Raiders on Sunday. With Zack Moss (neck) sidelined, Brown essentially had the Bengals backfield to himself. The second-year back mustered career highs in both rush attempts and rushing yardage, and he recorded his second receiving touchdown of the campaign on an impressive one-yard catch in the back of the end zone late in the first quarter. Brown had already been trending toward the No. 1 back role -- Sunday marked his sixth straight game with double-digit carries -- and given the returns he provided against the Raiders, Brown should remain atop the ground attack irrespective of Moss's status for a Week 10 road matchup against the Ravens on Thursday night.

Bengals' Chase Brown: Three-down role likely awaits
Chase Brown is expected to take on the majority of the snaps out of the Cincinnati backfield in Sunday's game against the Raiders with Zack Moss (neck) inactive for the contest, Paul Dehner Jr. of The Athletic reports.Brown had already played 48 percent of the snaps or more in each of the last three games while outproducing Moss and seemingly emerging as Option 1A in Cincinnati's backfield timeshare, but the absence of Moss for Week 9 should pave the way for Brown to see his most significant playing time to date. Cincinnati's other active running backs include special-teams standout Trayveon Williams and practice-squad call-up Kendall Milton, neither of whom have logged a snap on offense in 2024. Expect the backups to be sprinkled in lightly while Brown likely handles a three-down role, at least for as long as Sunday's contest stays competitive.
