KJ Henry: Let go by Dallas
K.J. Henry was waived by the Cowboys on Saturday, Clarence E. Hill Jr. of the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.The 25-year-old was part of a flurry of transactional moves by the Cowboys on Saturday. The defensive end logged snaps in two games with the team this season and mainly played on special teams. A 2023 fifth-round pick by virtue of the Commanders, Henry could catch on with another practice squad this season.

Cowboys' KJ Henry: Moving to Dallas
K.J. Henry signed with the Dallas Cowboys on Tuesday, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.Henry was a fifth-round selection by the Commanders in the 2023 Draft but wasn't able to make an impact there. Ultimately, he found his way to Cincinnati, who waived him from its roster on Sept. 17. The second-year pro has 19 combined tackles, two passes defended and 1.5 sacks in 12 career games. With the Cowboys, he'll be tasked with bolstering their depth upfront with DeMarcus Lawrence (foot) and Micah Parsons (ankle) both expected to miss time.
