The Dolphins waived Ryan Hayes (foot) from injured reserve Thursday with an injury settlement, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.The 2023 seventh-round pick was waived with an injury designation in late August, and after going unclaimed off waivers, he reverted to IR one day later. Hayes was set to miss the entire 2024 season, but the injury settlement allows him to sign with a team once he has fully recovered from his foot injury. Hayes spent all of 2023 on the Dolphins' practice squad.
