  • Vikings' John Parker Romo: Filling in for injured Reichard

The Vikings will sign Romo to the 53-man roster Wednesday, Mike Garafolo of NFL Network reports.

A third-year pro out of Virginia Tech, Romo will get the chance to make his NFL regular-season debut beginning with this Sunday's game against the Jaguars as a replacement at kicker for Will Reichard (quadricep). Romo had previously been with the Vikings during the offseason, but he was cut in late July once Minnesota had firmly committed to Reichard as its kicker. Though he has yet to appear at the NFL level, Romo kicked professionally in the XFL for the San Antonio Brahmas back in 2023, when he converted 17 of 19 field-goal attempts, including a long of 57 yards.

  • Vikings' Will Reichard: Bound for IR

The Vikings are expected to place Reichard (quadricep) on injured reserve Tuesday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Reichard has been diagnosed with a strained right quad, an injury that may have played a part in his two missed field-goal attempts during Sunday's 21-13 win over the Colts. The rookie out of Alabama had otherwise been perfect through the first nine weeks of the season, connecting on each of his other 14 field-goal tries and going 23-for-23 on extra-point attempts. Minnesota will turn to John Parker Romo as their kicker beginning with Sunday's game in Jacksonville. Reichard will have to miss at least four games once he's formally placed on IR.

  • Younghoe Koo K | NYG

Falcons' Younghoe Koo: Zero field-goal attempts Week 9

Koo didn't attempt a field goal but made all three extra-point tries during Sunday's 27-21 win over the Cowboys.

For the first time this season, Koo didn't attempt a field goal. He also lost out on a fourth extra-point try, as the Falcons went for two after a fourth-quarter touchdown, which put them up 27-13. After a perfect start to the season, Koo is 7-for-11 on field-goal attempts over the past five weeks, with all his misses coming from beyond 40 yards. His inconsistency from deep is concerning, but the Falcons' offense has been impressive, so Koo should get plenty of chances to bounce back.

  • Chiefs' Harrison Butker: Makes only field-goal attempt

Butker made his only field-goal try and converted all three of his extra-point attempts during Monday's 30-24 overtime win versus the Buccaneers.

Butker opened up the scoring Monday with a 40-yard field goal late in the first quarter, but Kansas City's next four scores came in the form of touchdowns. Despite the mostly uneventful game in Week 9, he's still an accurate kicker playing behind a good offense, so he'll remain a quality fantasy option in Week 10 versus the Broncos.

  • Raiders' Daniel Carlson: Six-point effort Sunday

Carlson converted his only field-goal attempt and all three of his extra-point tries in Sunday's 41-24 loss to the Bengals.

Carlson hasn't missed a field-goal attempt since Week 3, and an uninspiring Raiders offense that will likely feature either Gardner Minshew or Desmond Ridder at the helm following a Week 10 bye could struggle to score touchdowns against the Dolphins in Week 11.

  • Nick Folk K | NYJ

Titans' Nick Folk: Provides game-winning kick

Folk made both of his field-goal attempts and both of his extra-point attempts in Sunday's 20-17 overtime win against the Patriots.

Folk attempted multiple field goals in a game for the first time since Week 4 and converted from 21 and 25 yards away. He has yet to miss a kick on the season, though the poor Tennessee offense has limited his opportunity.

  • Jason Myers K | SEA

Seahawks' Jason Myers: Costly blocked kick

Myers made two of three extra-point tries in Sunday's 26-20 overtime loss to the Rams.

Myers had an extra point blocked in the second quarter, marking his first missed extra point since the 2022 season. He'll look to get back on track after the Seahawks' bye week when Seattle faces the 49ers in Week 11.

  • Jake Elliott K | PHI

Eagles' Jake Elliott: Third miss this season

Elliott made his lone extra-point in Sunday's 28-23 win over the Jaguars but missed one of his two field-goal attempts.

Elliott was good from 43 yards in the second quarter but hit the right upright from 57 yards with 2:16 remaining in the game. The Eagles went for two after three of their four touchdowns, denying Elliott the chance at a big fantasy day despite putting up plenty of points. Elliott has now missed three of his 13 field-goal attempts this season after missing just two of 32 last year, but all of his misses have been from beyond 50 yards.

  • Giants' Jude McAtamney: Heads back to practice squad

McAtamney reverted to the Giants' practice squad Monday.

With two Giants place kickers on injured reserve, McAtamney got the call Sunday against the Commanders, connecting on his only field-goal attempt from 31 yards and his sole point-after try. Greg Joseph (abdomen) was placed on injured reserve Saturday, but Graham Gano (hamstring) is a candidate to return to action at any point. If Gano is designated for return this week, McAtamney's time as the team's kicker may be contained to one game. Until that happens, though, McAtamney could get another chance to kck this coming Sunday versus the Panthers.

  • Joshua Karty K | ARI

Rams' Joshua Karty: Perfect performance Sunday

Karty connected on both of his field-goal attempts and converted both of his extra point-tries during Sunday's 26-20 overtime victory against the Seahawks.

Karty's first FG attempt since Week 7 was a successful 38-yard attempt, and he tacked on a 21-yard chip shot in the third quarter. The rookie kicker was also perfect on extra points and will look to carry his momentum of two straight weeks of perfect accuracy against the Dolphins in Week 10.
