Blankenship hit all four field goals and his lone extra-point attempt in Sunday's 19-11 win over the Bears.

The undrafted rookie has been a solid contributor for the Colts, as he's made all nine extra points this season and 12 of 14 field goals (86 percent). Blankenship's work from distance has been solid, too, hitting four of five kicks from beyond 40 yards. It's tough being tied to the Colts' mediocre offense, but a Week 5 matchup against the Browns should yield fantasy dividends, as the Browns have allowed the eighth-most total yards (402) in the league.

Bass made a 34-yard field goal and three of four extra-point attempts in Sunday's 30-23 win over the Raiders.

The rookie sixth-rounder hasn't tried a field goal from beyond 40 yards yet this season, but that can be chalked up to the Bills' strong offensive efficiency. However, it's a bit concerning that Bass has attempted just two field goals over the past three weeks, so his fantasy value has been overly reliant on extra points. That's not a great recipe for success, but it may be worth holding onto a kicker tied to this offense.

Gano made all three field-goal attempts in Sunday's 17-9 loss to the Rams.

Gano accounted for all of the Giants' points in Week 4, as he was a perfect 3-for-3 in a second straight game. The 33-year-old kicker has now connected on nine of 10 field goals this year, and his only miss was from 57 yards in Week 2. Although the Giants aren't moving the ball well right now, Gano's Week 5 matchup is encouraging, as the Cowboys have allowed a league-high 36.5 points per game.

Hopkins made one of two field goals and both extra-point attempts in Sunday's 31-17 loss to the Ravens.

Hopkins drilled the left upright on a 54-yard field goal in the second quarter, but he connected on a 43-yarder as time expired in the first half. He's been a bit iffy from range this year, making just two of four attempts from beyond 40 yards. Hopkins doesn't get many opportunities because Washington often trails late in games and goes for it on fourth downs in the second half, so he's tough to depend on unless the team's offense turns a corner.

Myers connected on a 55-yard field goal and four extra points in Sunday's 31-23 win over the Dolphins.

Myers went two games without even attempting a field goal, but a rare Tyler Lockett drop set him up for a deep try in the first half. Myers nailed it along with four extra points to stay perfect on the season. The Seahawks have converted on 13 of 15 red-zone trips (86.7 percent) this season -- first in the league -- so it's a bit concerning for Myers' fantasy outlook. While this offense is likely matchup-proof, the Vikings' red-zone defense ranks second in the league, allowing opponents to score just 41.2 percent of the time, so perhaps Myers will have more opportunities in Week 5.

Zuerlein didn't attempt a field goal and connected on both his extra points in Sunday's 49-38 loss to the Browns.

The kicker's lack of activity seems baffling given the final score, but with the Cowboys staring at a 41-14 deficit heading into the fourth quarter, they were forced to go for two-point conversions during their comeback attempt and leave Zuerlein cooling his heels on the sideline. He should get more opportunities in Week 5 against the Giants.

Slye missed one of two field-goal attempts but made all four of his extra-point tries in Sunday's 31-21 win over the Cardinals.

Slye converted from 27 yards to open the fourth quarter but then went wide right from 42 yards to stall Carolina's next series. Although his seven points produced a decent return, Slye has now missed a kick in three out of four games thus far, leaving further points on the board Sunday.

Santos made his only field-goal attempt in Chicago's 19-11 loss to the Colts on Sunday.

Even though Eddy Pineiro was eligible to return from injured reserve this week, Santos continued to serve as the Bears' kicker, but with only 14 points over the last three weeks, he'll continue to be a low-floor fantasy option while he retains the job.

Lutz made all five of his extra-point attempts in the Saints' 35-29 win over the Lions on Sunday.

New Orleans rolled to five touchdowns on the afternoon, and Lutz wasn't needed for any field goals in this one. Through four weeks, Lutz is perfect on 21 total kicks (six field goals, 15 extra points), and he'll remain an elite fantasy option when the Saints face the Chargers in Week 5.

Sanders converted all five field-goal attempts during Sunday's 31-21 loss to the Seahawks.

Miami's offense was extremely inefficient in the red zone Week 4, resulting in Sanders getting more field-goal opportunities than he had in the last three games combined. The third-year pro remains perfect on the year, and he had a long of 45 yards Sunday. Sanders always carries the risk of turning in just one or two field-goal attempts in a contest, but he's now delivered a glimpse of the ceiling his accuracy can provide when given the opportunity.
