Matt Prater K | BUF
Lions' Matt Prater: Flaunts passing ability
Prater converted his only field-goal attempt and lone PAT during Sunday's victory over Green Bay. He also completed his only pass attempt for an eight-yard touchdown.
The record holder for the NFL's longest field goal showed his athleticism isn't contained to his kicking abilities, as Prater dropped a perfect touchdown in the back of the end zone to tight end Levine Toilolo on a faked field goal in the second quarter. Also perfect on his kicking opportunities, Prater had quite the day in the Lions' 2018 season finale. He'll now close the season having made 28 of 32 field-goal attempts -- including a perfect 20-for-20 from inside 40 yards -- as well as all 27 of his PATs. Prater remains under contract with Detroit for another two seasons.

Chris Boswell K | PIT
Steelers' Chris Boswell: Looks to rebound in 2019
Boswell, who was placed on injured reserve with an undisclosed injury prior to Pittsburgh's 16-13 Week 17 win over Cincinnati, finished the season having made 13 of 20 field-goals and 43 of 45 PATs.
His 65 percent success rate on field-goals was the lowest in the league among kickers with 20 or more attempts, and well below his career average of 89.5 percent entering the season. Boswell was signed to a hefty long-term contact after last season -- with over $7 million guaranteed -- so despite his awful season there is a strong chance he will be back kicking for Pittsburgh in 2019.

Jason Myers K | SEA
Jets' Jason Myers: Makes 33 of 36 tries this season
Myers connected on his lone field-goal try in Sunday's 38-3 loss to New England, finishing his season with 33 makes on 36 attempts.
The Jets turned down multiple field-goal opportunities in lieu of failed fourth-down gambles, but Myers was true from 40 yards out on his lone kick of the afternoon. There will likely be mutual interest from team and player in a 2019 reunion, as the pending free agent posted the best season of his career after latching on with Gang Green on a one-year pact in 2018.

Jets' Jason Myers: Good to go this week
Myers (left hip) doesn't carry an injury designation for Sunday's game against the Patriots after returning to a full practice Friday, Darryl Slater of NJ.com reports.
The Jets had worked out some other kickers just in case, but Myers, who is fifth in the league among players at his position with 126 points, is slated to play Sunday. That said, the Jets offense heads into Week 17 with a shorthanded wideout corps, with both Quincy Enunwa (ankle) and Jermaine Kearse (Achilles) on the shelf for the team's season finale.

Chris Boswell K | PIT
Steelers' Chris Boswell: Lands on injured reserve
Boswell was placed on injured reserve Friday with an undisclosed injury.
Boswell was nearly replaced following Week 15 after missing his seventh field-goal attempt of the season, but he responded by not missing a kick last week against the Saints. The 27-year-old was never listed on the injury report, so what he's actually dealing with is currently unclear. Pittsburgh signed Matt McCrane to handle kicking duties as the team heads into the final game of the regular season.

Jets' Jason Myers: Misses another practice
Myers (hip) didn't practice Thursday, Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News reports.
It remains to be seen if Myers is able to return to practice Friday, but it's worth noting that the Jets have been working out other kickers in the event the 27-year-old isn't able to suit up in Sunday's season finale against the Patriots, according to Connor Hughes of The Athletic.

Jets' Jason Myers: Misses practice Wednesday
Myers didn't practice Wednesday due to a left hip issue.
Myers is currently the only kicker on the New York roster and as long as that remains the case, it's expected that he'll be ready to go for Sunday's season finale against the Patriots. Through 15 games, Myers is fifth in the league among kickers with 126 points.

Greg Zuerlein K | NYJ
Rams' Greg Zuerlein: Busy in Week 12 win
Zuerlein connected on one of two field-goal attempts and all four extra-point kicks during Sunday's 31-9 win over Arizona. His missed field goal was from 57 yards.
The veteran hasn't been as efficient this season with an 86.2 field-goal percentage, but he's had enough kicking opportunities to mitigate the decline. After all, Zuerlein has hit 21 field goals and 26 extra-point kicks through the past nine games. He continues to be one of the more reliable fantasy kickers.

Daniel Carlson K | LV
Raiders' Daniel Carlson: Stellar showing in divisional win
Carlson connected on field-goal attempts of 43 and 45 yards and also drilled three extra points in the Raiders' 27-14 win over the Broncos on Monday.
The rookie connected on multiple field-goal attempts from beyond 40 yards for the first time in his career Monday, and he extended his streak without a field-goal miss to seven games overall. Carlson also has compiled nine or 10 points in three of his past four games, and he has an 11-point tally on his 2018 ledger as well. The Auburn product has been a definite bright spot for the Raiders in a forgettable transition year, and he'll look to head into the offseason with momentum when Oakland tangles the Chiefs in Week 17.

Brandon McManus K | GB
Broncos' Brandon McManus: Meager output in Week 16 loss
McManus missed a 58-yard field goal attempt as time expired in the first half and drilled two extra-point tries in the Broncos' 27-14 loss to the Raiders on Monday.
McManus was brought on for the Hail Mary field-goal attempt after Case Keenum connected with Courtland Sutton for 20 yards down to the Raiders 40-yard line with four seconds remaining in the first half. However, the kick came up short, and McManus wouldn't get another field-goal opportunity the rest of the night. Despite the miss, McManus' 82.6 percent success rate this season (19-for-23) on field goals represents a nice improvement from the 75.0 percent figure he generated in 2017, and his only misses have all come from beyond 50 yards. He'll look to finish the campaign on a strong note versus the Chargers in Week 17.
