  • Rams' Greg Zuerlein: Nails lone field-goal attempt

Zuerlein converted a 29-yard field goal and hit two extra points during Sunday's game against the Cardinals.

Zuerlein has converted all five of his field-goal attempts and each of his six extra-point kicks this season. After hitting just 20 of 30 field goals in 2015, he is trending back toward the reliable kicker who went 50 for 58 (86.2 percent) combined during the 2013 and 2014 campaigns.

  • Connor Barth K | CHI

Bears' Connor Barth: Connects on a single field goal Sunday

Barth made one of two field-goal attempts while also converting both of his extra point kicks Sunday against the Lions.

Barth's miss came from 50 yards out, giving him a disappointing fantasy day with only five points. He's made just two of his four field-goal attempts on the season, making him an extremely weak fantasy option.

  • Matt Prater K | BUF

Lions' Matt Prater: Nails 50-yarder in divisional loss

Prater converted two of two field-goal attempts in the Lions' 17-14 loss to the Bears on Sunday.

Prater could have had a much bigger day had the Lions' offense been able to move the ball effectively throughout the contest, including one particular opportunity that seemed like it would have set Prater up for an additional field-goal attempt until a Golden Tate miscue subsequently resulted in a Matthew Stafford interception. Overall, Prater's success appeared handcuffed to that of Stafford on Sunday, and the rocket-legged kicker may have a hard time tallying points of his own moving forward if his quarterback continues to struggle.

  • Jordan Gay K | TEN

    Bills' Jordan Gay: Released Tuesday

Gay was released by the Bills on Tuesday, Chris Brown of the team's official website reports.

Gay had merely been working as a kickoff specialist, and the Bills will seemingly let Dan Carpenter handle those duties now.

  • Wil Lutz K | DEN

Saints' Wil Lutz: Nails 57-yard kick

Lutz hit his only field-goal attempt -- a 57-yarder -- in Monday's loss to the Falcons. He also converted three extra-point attempts.

After missing kicks in each of his first two games, Lutz's bomb at the end of the first half was huge for his confidence as well as his job security. Backed by the Saints' high-powered offense, Lutz should continue to be a viable fantasy option, and his big leg offers the potential for some high-scoring kicks in fantasy leagues where additional points are awarded for long field goals.

  • Eagles' Caleb Sturgis: Nails two field goals in Week 3

Sturgis converted both of his field goal attempts and all four of his PATs in the Eagles' 34-3 demolition of the Steelers on Sunday.

Sturgis is now tied for the third in the league in field goals and tied for first in converted PATs. The Eagles are rolling behind rookie QB Carson Wentz, but face a bye in Week 4. However, if Philly can carry its early-season momentum into a Week 5 matchup against the Lions, Sturgis projects to be in line for another solid outing.

  • Ravens' Justin Tucker: Leads team to victory, yet again

Tucker made all four his field-goal attempts and his only PAT in Sunday's win over Jacksonville.

The Ravens seemed oddly content to settle for a long field goal with the game on the line, but it perhaps makes a bit more sense for a team that has one of the best kickers in league history. Given his incredible accuracy and leg strength, Tucker is one of the few kickers that deserves fantasy consideration even if he's attached to a lousy offense. The Baltimore offense seems mediocre more so than bad, which makes Tucker one of the better options at his position. He connected from 54, 43, 42 and 37 yards in Sunday's game, with the longest of those putting the Ravens ahead with 62 seconds remaining. Fire him up with confidence Week 4 against Oakland, even though he doesn't particularly like kicking at his home stadium, with career splits that back up his assertion that it's a difficult place to make field goals.

  • Graham Gano K | NYG

Panthers' Graham Gano: Misses kick against Vikings

Gano made one of two field-goal attempts and his lone extra-point try in Sunday's loss to the Vikings.

Gano's four points comprised 40 percent of Carolina's total Sunday, evidencing the team's struggles on the day. The kicker converted a 48-yard field goal on the Panthers' opening drive, but later hit the right upright on a 54-yard attempt during the second quarter. On the back of that performance, Gano has now made seven of nine field goals and seven of eight extra points this season, giving him 28 points through three games.

  • Cairo Santos K | CHI

Chiefs' Cairo Santos: Makes only field goal attempt Sunday

Santos knocked home his only field goal attempt in Week 3 against the Chargers, adding three extra points.

Santos is a perfect 7-for-7 in field goal attempts through three weeks, and should continue to receive opportunities behind a Chiefs offense that has an improved potency from previous campaigns.

  • Connor Barth K | CHI

Bears' Connor Barth: Scores five points Sunday

Barth connected on a 34-yard field goal and converted a pair of extra point attempts Sunday against the Cowboys.

Making his first field goal of the season, Barth ended up with five points. With only two field goal attempts over three games, he's not much of a fantasy option, except in the very deepest of leagues.
