  • Matt Prater K | BUF

Lions' Matt Prater: Questionable for Thursday

Prater (illness) is listed as questionable for Thursday's contest versus the Packers, Tim Twentyman of the Lions' official site reports.

Barring the addition of a kicker before the contest, Prater should be past the illness that held him out of practice this week. On the season, he's nailed all 14 field goals, including three from 40-to-49 yards and two from 50-plus in the past three games.

Lions' Matt Prater: Sits out practice again Tuesday

Prater (illness) did not practice Tuesday for the second straight day, Kyle Meinnke of MLive Media Group reports

Prater remains sidelined by his illness, but the Lions have not provided any clues that he is in danger of missing Thursday's game against the Packers. Expect Prater to be good to go Thursday unless the Lions add a kicker to the roster at some point over the next couple days.

  • Falcons' Shayne Graham: Doesn't miss a kick in loss

Graham made a field goal and an extra point in his only two tries in Sunday's loss to the Vikings.

Graham was signed to fill in for the injured Matt Bryant, and he did his job Sunday. It's uncertain how long Bryant may be sidelined with the quadriceps injury, so Graham will continue to handle the kicking duties for the foreseeable future.

  • Connor Barth K | CHI

Buccaneers' Connor Barth: Goes 2-for-3 on field goals in Week 12

Barth converted field goal attempts of 38 and 30 yards and missed wide left on a 54-yard try in Tampa's Week 12 loss to the Colts. He also missed his sole extra-point attempt.

Barth's performance was a mixed bag, as the veteran kicker missed a field goal for the third time in four games and also misfired for the first time this season on an extra-point try. Ironically, Barth's other two field goal misses have been from under 50 yards, and he had been perfect on both prior attempts over that mark this season until Sunday. He continues to have a solid season overall, nailing 17-of-20 three-point tries for an 85 percent success rate.

  • Zach Hocker K | TB

Rams' Zach Hocker: Makes extra point in loss

Hocker made his only extra point attempt in a 31-7 loss to the Bengals on Sunday.

Hocker was called on late to replace Greg Zuerlein in the lineup due to a groin injury. He didn't get the chance to do much, and with the Rams' offense being so awful, even if he stays in the lineup he won't be much of a fantasy option.

  • Cairo Santos K | CHI

Chiefs' Cairo Santos: Knocks home three of four

Santos made three of his four field goal attempts in Sunday's game against the Bills.

Santos has now made 26 of his 32 attempts on the season, and and he leads the league in field goals this season. Given the defenses ahead for the Chiefs, there's no reason to believe there won't be plenty more opportunities the rest of the way.

  • Matt Prater K | BUF

Lions' Matt Prater: Misses practice Monday

    Prater (illness) missed Monday's practice.

We'd expect Prater to recover in time for Thursday's game against the Packers, a notion supported by the fact that there's been no reports yet of the Lions adding another kicker to their roster.

  • Steelers' Chris Boswell: Perfect in loss to Seattle

Boswell converted 3-of-3 field goals (22, 25, 44) and his lone extra point attempt in the Steelers' loss to the Seahawks on Sunday.

Boswell has now successfully kicked three field goals in each of Pittsburgh's last three games and, in seven games this season, has connected on 17-of-18 field goals and 11-of-12 extra points. He remains a viable fantasy option in the Steelers' high-powered offense.

  • Falcons' Shayne Graham: Will handle kicks versus the Vikings

Graham (not injury related) is active for Sunday's game against the Vikings.

With Matt Bryant out for this game with a strained quad, the veteran Graham will handle kicking duties for the Falcons.

  • Zach Hocker K | TB

Rams' Zach Hocker: Gets the starting nod Sunday

Hocker be the Rams' starting kicker Sunday against the Bengals.

Hocker was signed Saturday as an insurance policy in case Greg Zuerlein (groin) was unable to play in Sunday's matchup. With Zuerlein inactive, look for Hocker to serve as the primary kicker in the outdoor matchup.
