Ravens kicker Justin Tucker signed his second-round restricted free agent tender Thursday, the team announced.

The tender was for $2.356 million. Tucker never received another offer sheet from another team.

The Lions' contract with kicker Matt Prater is for two years and $4.55 million, with a team option for 2017, reports the Detroit Free Press. Prater, 30, hit 21 of 26 field goals and all 21 of his PATs last season.

The Bills announced that they've signed kickoff specialist Jordan Gay to a contract extension. 

Gay was an exclusive-rights free agent for the Bills. 

The Lions have signed kicker Matt Prater to a three-year deal on Friday, per the team's official website. Terms of the deal were not made public.

Prater was signed to a one-year deal after being cut by the Broncos on Oct. 3. He converted 21 of 26 field goals in 11 games for the Lions in 2014. Prater noted in January that he would like to return to Detroit in 2015, and now his wish has come to fruition.

The Falcons announced they have locked up kicker Matt Bryant to a contract extension, per the team's official website. Bryant was due to become a unrestricted free agent on March 10 before signing a new deal.  Last season, he converted 29 of 32 field goals, with an NFL-best seven kicks from 50-plus yards out. He will turn 40 in May.

The Raiders have added free-agent kicker Giorgio Tavecchio to the roster for 2015, the team announced Tuesday in a press release.

Tavecchio played with Oakland in the preseason last year before being cut. He was claimed by the Lions, but never played.

Lions general manager Martin Mayhew told reporters that he's scheduled to meet with kicker Matt Prater's representatives Friday night, per the team's official website.

"I'm meeting with his agent tonight, in fact," Mayhew said. "Frank Bauer and I are going to sit down tonight and talk about Matt's situation and I'm looking forward to that dialogue."

Prater was signed to a one-year deal after being cut by the Broncos on Oct. 3. He converted 21 of 26 field goals in 11 games for the Lions in 2014. Prater noted in January that he would like to return to Detroit in 2015.

Falcons kicker Matt Bryant is scheduled to become a free agent on March 10, but the Falcons are working to prevent him from reaching the open market. 

Falcons GM Thomas Dimitroff spoke to the media at the Indianapolis scouting combine on Thursday and said the two sides are close. "Hopefully, that will come to fruition,” he said. “We are hoping that it gets finished expeditiously.”

The Saints have re-signed kicker Shayne Graham and outside linebacker Parys Haralson to league minimum contracts for 2015, reports NOLA.com.

Graham, who is entering his 15th season in the league, will earn $970,000 and Haralson, entering his 10th season, will earn $870,000.

Graham went 19 of 22 on field goals in 2014 with a long of 50 yards and also went 46 of 47 on extra points. Haralson totaled 35 tackles for the Saints in 2014 with three sacks.

The Saints re-signed kicker Shayne Graham, the team announced on Thursday. Financial details weren't available, but the free agent kicker was signed to a one-year contract. 

Graham is in his second stint with the Saints. He was cut in the 2000 preseason without appearing in a regular-season game. He rejoined the team in December, 2013 and was the team's kicker all last season.
