Chiefs kicker Cairo Santos converted four field goal attempts to help the Chiefs to a 19-7 victory over the Chargers Sunday.

Santos’ lone blemish came on a 50-yard attempt which he missed. He did convert from 43, 47, 21 and 27 yards. He also made his lone extra point attempt.

Jets kicker Nick Folk connected on 3 of his 4 field goal attempts during the Jets’ 37-24 win over the Dolphins Sunday.

Folk missed from 45 yards which was the fifth time Folk has missed a field goal in the past seven games. His three converted field goals were from 26, 23 and 39 yards. He also made all four of his extra point attempts.

Dolphins kicker Caleb Sturgis continued to struggle with long-distance field goals when he missed a 53-yard field goal during a 37-24 loss to the Jets Sunday.

Sturgis was able to make a 37-yard field goal attempt and made all three of his extra point attempts.

Falcons running back Steven Jackson and wide receiver Julio Jones are both listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Panthers. Jackson was unable to practice throughout the week and Jones practiced on a limited basis Friday.

Guard Jon Asamoah (back) and cornerbacks Robert McClain (illness) and Josh Wilson (hamstring) are all questionable as well.

Kicker Matt Bryant (illness) and wide receivers Roddy White (ankle) and Harry Douglas (foot) are considered probable for Sunday.

The Falcons are currently 3-point favorites against the Panthers in Week 17.

Jets wide receiver Percy Harvin (rib) and center Nick Mangold (ankle) are the most notable players listed as questionable for Sunday's season finale at Miami. Defensive lineman Damon Harrison (illness), safety Jaiquawn Jarrett (shoulder), safety Dawan Landry (illness), cornerback Darrin Walls (shoulder) and defensive lineman Muhammad Wilkerson (toe, illness) joined Mangold and Harvin as questionable for Sunday.

Meanwhile, the following players were deemed probable: Safety Antonio Allen (hand), guard Willie Colon (knee), kicker Nick Folk (right hip), running back Chris Ivory (hamstring) and running back Chris Johnson (knee).

Safety Rontez Miles (shin) was the only player on New York's final injury report of the season ruled out for Sunday.

Broncos kicker Connor Barth pulled a 49-yard field goal wide left at the halftime buzzer Monday night, his first miss in 12 tries with Denver. Barth hit four PATs and got no other field-goal tries.

He plays the Raiders in Week 17.

Rams kicker Greg Zuerlein nailed a 51-yard field goal against the Giants, making him 4 of 6 from 50-plus yards this season. He also hit a 20-yard field goal and three PATS for nine points.

Falcons kicker Matt Bryant came up big with three field goals and three extra points in his team's 30-14 victory over the Saints in Week 16.

Bryant converted a 44-yard attempt in the first quarter, a 50-yard kick in the second quarter and a 32-yard shot in the fourth quarter. He finished 3 for 3 in the win.

Saints kicker Shayne Graham was not needed for a field goal attempt during Sunday's 30-14 defeat to the Falcons in Week 16. Graham converted two extra points in the loss.

New Orleans will face Tampa Bay in Week 17.

Jets kicker Nick Folk missed a field goal for the fourth time in the past six games in his team's 17-16 defeat to the Patriots in Week 16. Folk came up short on a 52-yard attempt in the fourth quarter. He converted kicks of 26, 23 and 37 yards before the missed the kick. He finished 3 for 4 with an extra point.
