Greg Zuerlein misses lone try in loss
Rams kicker Greg Zuerlein got only one chance to kick a field goal in Week 9 against the Titans, and he missed it in a 28-21 loss. Zuerlein missed from 44 yards, while nailing three extra-points.
Zuerlein is 14 for 16 on field-goal attempts this season, but both of his misses have come over the last two weeks.

Nick Folk finishes with season-high 14 points in Week 9 win
Jets kicker Nick Folk converted a season-high four field goals during a 26-20 win Week 9 vs. New Orleans. Folk also made two extra points and finished with a season-high 14 points.
Folk made a 39-yard field goal to open the scoring in the first half. He added a 21-yard field goal in the second quarter. He came back with a 47-yard field goal in the third quarter and a 45-yard field goal in the fourth quarter.
Folk has made less than two field goals just once in nine games. He has also yet to miss a field goal in 23 attempts this season.
The Jets are on a bye Week 10 before returning to action Week 11 at Buffalo.

Garrett Hartley finishes with eight points Week 9
Saints kicker Garrett Hartley finished with eight points during a 26-20 loss Week 9 at N.Y. Jets. Hartley made two field goals and two extra points in the loss.
Hartley missed his first kick of the game -- a 43-yard field goal on the first drive -- before making field goals of 43 and 55 yards. Both of his field-goal conversions came in the second half.
Hartley has managed at least eight points in all but two of eight games this season. The Saints are back in action Week 10 vs. Dallas.

Blair Walsh K | ATL
Blair Walsh misses costly extra point
Vikings kicker Blair Walsh connected on a 23-yard field goal but missed an important extra point during the Week 9 loss at Dallas Sunday.
Walsh was 2 for 3 on PATs and 1 for 1 on field goals to finish with five points. Walsh has scored in double figures just once in his last six games. The Vikings play Washington on Thursday during the Week 10 schedule.

Vikings getting healthy Week 9
Vikings LB Chad Greenway, CB A.J. Jefferson, WR Rodney Smith, K Blair Walsh and DT Kevin Williams are all active for the Week 9 game at Dallas Sunday. All were listed as probable on Friday's injury report with various ailments.
All listed players were able to practice in full throughout the week. Greenway has a wrist issue, Jefferson an ankle, Smith a hip injury, Walsh a left hamstring and Williams a knee issue. -

Six Vikings should be able to play Sunday
Vikings LB Chad Greenway, CB A.J. Jefferson, T Phil Loadholt, WR Rodney Smith, K Blair Walsh and DT Kevin Williams are listed as probable Week 9 against the Cowboys.
All six players were able to practice in full throughout the week. Loadholt was limited on Thursday due to an illness, but was left off the practice report Friday.

Caleb Sturgis makes it when it matters
Dolphins kicker Caleb Sturgis got off to another poor start in Week 9 against the Bengals, but made his kicks when it counted in a 22-20 overtime win.
Sturgis missed a 34-yard attempted in the first quarter, before connecting from 36 yards in the second. He then came up big in the fourth quarter, connecting on a 44-yarder to send the game to overtime. He also made two extra-point attempts.
Sturgis is now 13 for 18 on field-goal attempts through his first eight games, with all five of his misses coming over the last four games.

Greg Zuerlein finally misses
After making his first 14 field goals this season, Rams kicker Greg Zuerlein missed a 50-yard attempt in the loss to the Seahawks. Earlier in the game he converted from 33, 28 and 27 yards out.
Coming off that 9-point night, Zuerlein plays Tennessee in Week 9.

Blair Walsh gets one field-goal try
Vikings kicker Blair Walsh converted his only field-goal try, a 36-yarder, in the loss to Green Bay. He's 10 of 12 this season.
Walsh added four PATs for a seven-point night. He visits the Cowboys in Week 9.
