Matt Prater K | ARI
Cardinals' Matt Prater: Sets NFL record
Prater made his only field-goal attempt and only extra-point try in Sunday's 27-16 loss to the Bears.
Prater's field goal came from 55 yards, setting an NFL record with six such makes this season, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports. The veteran now needs two more makes from 50-plus yards to tie another league record. Although he only sports 89 points on the campaign, Prater's long-range expertise has offered a boost to Arizona's offense.

Eddy Pineiro K | CAR
Panthers' Eddy Pineiro: Misses two kicks
Pineiro missed two of three extra-point attempts and made his only field goal in Sunday's 33-30 loss to the Packers.
Pineiro's only multi-miss performance of the season came after he scored all of Carolina's points in Week 15's win. Although his field-goal make Sunday impressively came from 52 yards, Pineiro's misfires limited him to four points for the fourth time in six games.

Austin Seibert K | WAS
Austin Seibert: Latches on with New York
The Jets signed Seibert to their practice squad Wednesday.
Seibert kicked for the Jets back in September against Dallas, drilling his lone field goal and only extra point. He'll be a candidate to kick Thursday night against Cleveland with Greg Zuerlein dealing with a quad injury.

Greg Zuerlein K | NYJ
Jets' Greg Zuerlein: Iffy for Thursday
Zuerlein (quadriceps) is listed as questionable for Thursday's game at Cleveland.
Zuerlein returned to practice Wednesday as a limited participant after sitting out Tuesday's session, but his status for the Week 17 contest still appears to be up in the air. Per Rich Cimini of ESPN.com, the Jets signed Austin Seibert to their practice squad Wednesday as an insurance policy in the event Zuerlein can't play Thursday. The Jets would have to elevate Seibert to the roster no later than 4 p.m. ET on Thursday in order for him to be eligible to play against Cleveland.

Jason Myers K | SEA
Seahawks' Jason Myers: Perfect on kicks
Myers made both of his field-goal attempts and both of his extra-point tries in Sunday's 20-17 win over the Titans.
Myers connected on field-goals 27 and 28 yards in the contest. The veteran kicker has now made 81 percent of his field-goal tries this season, and he'll look to improve upon that mark when the Seahawks host the Steelers in Week 17.

Wil Lutz K | DEN
Broncos' Wil Lutz: One field-goal attempt in loss
Lutz missed his only field-goal attempt while converting his lone extra-point try in Sunday's 26-23 loss to the Patriots.
Lutz missed his only field-goal try from 57 yards out late in the first half, breaking his six-game perfect streak on kicks. Despite this underwhelming performance, the veteran kicker has had a solid season while making 90 percent of his field-goal attempts. Lutz will look to bounce back when the Broncos host the Chargers in Week 17.

Mason Crosby K | NYG
Giants' Mason Crosby: Goes back to practice squad
Crosby reverted to the Giants' practice squad Tuesday, per the NFL's transaction log.
Crosby spent about a week on the Rams' practice squad in early December, but despite being elevated for a Week 14 matchup with the Ravens, L.A. subsequently opted to stick with Lucas Havrisik at placekicker. Meanwhile, the Giants churned through multiple kickers after Graham Gano (knee) was lost for the season, seeing Randy Bullock (hamstring) and Cade York (quadriceps) also go down to injuries before they inked Crosby to a practice-squad contract last Friday. The former Packer played Monday at Philadelphia, making his only field-goal attempt (52 yards) and both his point-after tries. With two games to go for the Giants in the regular season and also two available practice-squad elevations for Crosby, he'll likely handle kicking duties on both occasions.

Daniel Carlson K | LV
Raiders' Daniel Carlson: Nails two field goals Monday
Carlson converted both of his field-goal attempts in Monday's 20-14 win over the Chiefs.
Carlson notched six points in the low-scoring affair, making a pair of field goals from 24 and 35 yards en route to victory at Arrowhead Stadium. Nonetheless, a much friendlier kicking environment appears on the schedule for Carlson in Week 17 as the Raiders travel to Indianapolis.

Greg Zuerlein K | NYJ
Jets' Greg Zuerlein: Uncertain for Thursday night
Zuerlein is dealing with right quadricep soreness coming out of Sunday's 30-28 win over the Commanders and is uncertain to be available for Thursday's game against the Browns.
If Zuerlein's leg was bothering him Sunday, it wasn't apparent in his performance. He converted all six of his attempts (three field goals and three extra points), including a game-winning field goal from 54 yards out with five seconds remaining in the fourth quarter. The veteran kicker was listed as a limited participant on Monday's estimated practice report, but he wasn't on the field for Tuesday's walk-through session, according to Al Iannazzone of Newsday. The Jets don't currently have another kicker on their 53-man roster or practice squad, so the team would presumably sign one no later than Wednesday if there's truly any concern about Zuerlein's availability.

Jake Moody K | SF
49ers' Jake Moody: Nails 45-yard FG in loss
Moody went 1-for-1 on field-goal attempts and 2-for-2 on point-after tries in Monday's 33-19 loss to Baltimore.
Moody had another low-use game in Week 16, but this time it was due to his team getting blown out by an opponent as opposed to the other way around. The rookie kicker has been afforded just two field-goal attempts over San Francisco's last four games. Moody has done his part when called upon, nailing both FG attempts from 40-plus yards out and converting all 18 PATs over that same span. The Michigan product may wind up seeing more action in Week 17 with a matchup against Washington's league-worst defense slated for Dec. 31.
