Joshua Karty K | ARI
Cardinals' Joshua Karty: Healthy scratch Week 17
Karty (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Bengals, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Karty was signed to off the Rams' practice squad to the Cardinals' active roster Tuesday, with Arizona bringing in the second-year pro to compete with Chad Ryland for kicking duties. Ryland will serve as the Cardinals' kicker Sunday, so Karty's last opportunity to play this season is Week 18 against the Rams.

Chad Ryland K | ARI
Cardinals' Chad Ryland: Active over Karty in Week 17
Ryland is listed as active Sunday at Cincinnati while fellow K Joshua Karty was deemed a healthy scratch, Darren Urban of the Cardinals' official site reports.
Arizona signed Karty off the Rams' practice squad Tuesday, providing competition for Ryland down the stretch of the 2025 season. Ryland will remain the team's placekicker Week 17, but after connecting on just eight of 14 field-goal attempts over the last six games, he may need to perform close to perfect Sunday to be active Week 18 at the Rams.

Charlie Smyth K | NO
Saints' Charlie Smyth: Active in Week 17
Smyth (illness) is active for Sunday's game in Tennessee.
Smyth capped Week 17 prep with a limited practice Friday due to an illness that left him questionable in advance of the weekend. Because the Saints don't roster a kicker on the practice squad nor did they sign a kicker to the active roster Saturday, he was in line to resume his standing as the team's placekicker Sunday, which has been confirmed. In four appearances for New Orleans so far, Smyth has netted nine of 11 field-goal attempts and all seven point-after tries.

Brandon McManus K | GB
Packers' Brandon McManus: Makes four short kicks Week 17
McManus connected on his lone field-goal attempt and all three of his extra-point tries during the Packers' 41-24 loss to the Ravens on Saturday.
McManus' lone field goal Saturday was a 24-yard chip shot early in the third quarter to cut the Packers' deficit to 10 points. He has not missed a kick since Week 10 against the Eagles, having gone 12-for-12 on field-goal attempts (including 3-for-3 on attempts from 40-plus yards) and 16-for-16 on point-after tries over his last six games.

Tyler Loop K | BAL
Ravens' Tyler Loop: Makes seven kicks vs. Green Bay
Loop made both of his field-goal attempts and all five of his point-after tries during the Ravens' 41-24 win over the Packers on Saturday.
Loop's leg wasn't challenged Saturday, as he chipped in field goals from 22 and 34 yards in the second quarter. It was the ninth time that the rookie sixth-rounder connected on at least two field goals in a game this season. Since the Ravens' Week 7 bye, Loop has gone 20-for-22 on field-goal attempts (with both misses coming from 50-plus yards) and 26-for-27 on extra-point tries.

Cameron Dicker K | LAC
Chargers' Cameron Dicker: Crucial misses in loss
Dicker converted just one of his two field-goal attempts and missed one of his two extra-point tries in Saturday's loss to the Texans.
Dicker missed a 32-yard field-goal try to end the half, the shortest field-goal miss of his career and the only miss under 40 yards. Additionally, he missed the extra point on an Omarion Hampton touchdown run late in the fourth quarter that would have cut the Texans' lead to three points. The kicker will have to look toward next week's divisional matchup with the Broncos to bounce back from Saturday's disaster.

Ka'imi Fairbairn K | HOU
Texans' Ka'imi Fairbairn: Flawless in win
Fairbairn made both of his field-goal attempts and both of his extra-point tries in Saturday's 20-16 win over the Chargers.
Fairbairn converted field-goal attempts from 41 yards and 44 yards in Saturday's effort. The kicker accounted for eight of the team's 20 points in the win. Fairbairn has now made 38 of 42 field goals and 26 of 26 extra points on the season.

Ben Sauls K | NYG
Giants' Ben Sauls: Signs with active roster
The Giants signed Sauls to the active roster Saturday, Dan Salomone of the Giants' official site reports.
Sauls made his NFL debut last Sunday against the Vikings, converting both of his field-goal attempts and his sole extra-point try in the loss. The kicker will make his second start Sunday against the Raiders, this time as a part of the 53-man roster.

Jason Sanders K | MIA
Dolphins' Jason Sanders: Remains on IR
Sanders (hip) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Buccaneers, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Sanders will not be activated off injured reserve for Week 17. The kicker will have just one more chance to start a game in the 2025 regular season, and it is unclear if his hip injury is in a place where that would be possible. Riley Patterson will continue to kick for the Dolphins in this Sunday's game.

Mike Badgley K | BUF
Bills' Michael Badgley: Back with active roster
Badgley was elevated from the practice squad to the Bills' active roster Saturday.
With Matt Prater (quadriceps) in line to miss his second consecutive game, Badgley will draw another start in Sunday's matchup against the Eagles. Across eight appearances with the Bills and Colts this season, the Miami product has made 11 of 12 field-goal attempts and 18 of 21 point-after tries.
