  • 49ers' Jimmy Garoppolo: Commits three turnovers

Garoppolo completed 24 of 46 passes for 248 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Monday night's 27-24 overtime loss to the Seahawks. He also was sacked five times and lost two fumbles.

Garoppolo led the Niners to points on both of their first two drives, capping the second with a 10-yard touchdown toss to Kendrick Bourne, but his performance wasn't very pretty afterward. Following a string of punts, he was sacked and stripped for a Seahawks touchdown prior to halftime, then was picked and lost another fumble on consecutive drives during the second half. Although Garoppolo's interception actually bounced off the hands of his intended target first, marking just one of multiple drops committed by Niners receivers, the quarterback was also fortunate Seattle dropped a couple would-be picks. After an underwhelming outing overall, Garoppolo will look to get back on track in Week 11 versus the Cardinals, who he lit up for four touchdowns in their earlier meeting this season.

  • Russell Wilson QB | NYG

Seahawks' Russell Wilson: Wins second straight OT contest

Wilson completed 24 of 34 passes for 232 yards, a touchdown and an interception in Monday's 27-24 overtime win over the 49ers.

Wilson was uncharacteristically inefficient in the first half, as he was sacked on third down twice and completed seven of 11 passes for 73 yards, although he would have added a touchdown if rookie DK Metcalf hadn't had the ball stripped at the goal line right before halftime. The QB came out firing in the third quarter, converting his next seven passing attempts for 46 yards and a touchdown to Jacob Hollister. However, with a 21-10 lead in hand, the six-time Pro Bowler coughed up a fumble that DeForest Buckner returned for six to bring the 49ers back into the game. Wilson came up clutch at the end of OT, as he ripped off an 18-yard run and completed three passes for 15 yards to set up Jason Myers' game-winning field goal. The Seahawks have closed the gap in the NFC West and are 8-2 heading into their bye week.

  • Colts' Jacoby Brissett: Status could become clear Wednesday

Brissett (knee) could have his availability for Week 11 determined by Wednesday, Andrew Walker of the Colts' official site reports. "If he's practicing on Wednesday and taking a full practice, you know, at that point we'll say we're ready to go," coach Frank Reich said Monday.

Despite practicing in a limited capacity last week, Brissett was ruled out for Sunday's game against the Dolphins due to a left MCL sprain suffered one week prior. As intimated by Reich, Brissett's upcoming availability likely depends on his activity level at Wednesday's practice. Consequently, how he's listed on the ensuing injury report could offer a hint at Reich's eventual decision. If Brissett begins to trend toward another absence, veteran Brian Hoyer is available for another start.

  • Raiders' Nathan Peterman: Won't be returning from IR

Peterman (elbow) is not eligible to return from injured reserve in 2019 after the Raiders chose to activate Marquel Lee on Monday, Scott Bair of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.

There was a small chance Peterman could've been activated from IR at some point after his stellar preseason, but those hopes have now been extinguished. The 25-year-old is a restricted free agent in 2020, but it's not necessarily a guarantee that Peterman will return to the Raiders next season.

  • Brandon Allen QB | NYG

Broncos' Brandon Allen: Keeping starting job

Coach Vic Fangio confirmed Monday that Allen would remain the Broncos' starting quarterback for the team's Week 11 game against the Vikings, Troy Renck of Denver 7 News reports.

While making his NFL debut in place of the injured Joe Flacco (neck) in Week 9, Allen proved to be a capable game manager, completing 12 of 20 attempts for 193 yards and two touchdowns en route to guiding the Broncos to a 24-19 win over the Browns. The serviceable outing was enough for Allen to keep the starting job out of the bye week, but he'll need to continue to perform well in his subsequent appearances to hold off rookie second-round pick Drew Lock (thumb). Lock, who has been on injured reserve all season, is slated to practice Tuesday and could be reinstated to the 53-man roster as soon as this weekend to serve as Allen's backup.

  • Colt McCoy QB | ARI

Redskins' Colt McCoy: Third on depth chart

McCoy will be the Redskins' No. 3 quarterback moving forward behind rookie Dwayne Haskins and Case Keenum, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.

On Monday, interim coach Bill Callahan named Haskins the starter for the rest of the season, which leaves Keenum and McCoy as reserves. Keenum remains in the concussion protocol, so McCoy could end up serving as the Redskins' backup QB on Sunday versus the Jets and beyond.

  • Case Keenum QB | CHI

Redskins' Case Keenum: Backup role confirmed

Keenum (concussion) will be the No. 2 quarterback behind Dwayne Haskins for the rest of the season, John Keim of ESPN.com reports.

On Monday, interim coach Bill Callahan named Haskins the starter moving forward, relegating Keenum and Colt McCoy to reserve roles. Keenum remains in the concussion protocol, so he wasn't guaranteed to regain the top spot on the depth chart following the Redskins' bye week anyway. Wednesday's practice report will give an indication of Keenum's chances to be the backup Sunday against the Jets.

  • Drew Lock QB | SEA

Broncos' Drew Lock: In line to practice Tuesday

Lock (thumb) is expected to return to practice Tuesday, Mike Klis of 9News Denver reports.

Assuming he does, Lock will be one of the Broncos' two players designated to return from injured reserve. He's nearly three months removed from spraining the thumb on his throwing hand, and if he takes the field Tuesday, the team will need to make a decision on activation to the 53-man roster by Week 14 at Houston. With Joe Flacco (neck) on IR as well, the Broncos are rolling with Brandon Allen at quarterback for now. Lock, a rookie second-rounder, will be putting himself in position to start down the stretch if/when he gets back to full health.

  • Lions' Matthew Stafford: Status uncertain moving forward

Stafford (back) is considered "day by day, week by week" by coach Matt Patricia going forward, Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press reports.

A limited practice participant throughout last week, Stafford was planning to play in Sunday's eventual 20-13 loss to the Bears, but Patricia made the quarterback inactive after team doctors explained the risks of playing. The head coach said the decision was made Sunday morning, while a few players on the team claim they found out Saturday. Whatever the case, Stafford seems to be in danger of missing additional time while he recovers from multiple back fractures, starting with a Week 11 home game against the Cowboys. Replacement starter Jeff Driskel completed 27 of 46 passes for 269 yards, one touchdown and one interception in a Week 10 loss to Chicago.

  • Dak Prescott QB | DAL

Cowboys' Dak Prescott: Posts gaudy numbers in loss

Prescott completed 28 of 46 pass attempts for 397 yards, three touchdowns and an interception in Sunday's 28-24 loss to the Vikings.

Prescott was asked to carry the offense with Ezekiel Elliott getting stuffed with consistency by the Vikings' front. The 26-year-old was able to answer the bell, posting his third-highest yardage total of the season and throwing for three scores for the fourth time this year. Prescott was unable to clinch the victory for Dallas, but his performance was definitely worthy of a winning fantasy squad. We are used to seeing more "game manager-esque" stat lines from Dak, so we shouldn't expect near 400-yard performances on the regular. However, he does have a very soft matchup against the Lions (31st against the pass) on tap for Week 11.
