Mahomes completed 16 of 31 pass attempts for 295 yards and three touchdowns Sunday against the Patriots. He also carried two times for 11 yards in the 37-31 AFC Championship Game overtime loss.

Mahomes struggled at times, posting a completion rate of just 52 percent as his team went scoreless into halftime. He hit several big plays in the second half, adding touchdown passes to Travis Kelce and Damien Williams (two) as he brought his team all the way back to force overtime. It was an improved performance over Mahomes' playoff debut a week ago, but unfortunately, his outstanding season comes to an end with this defeat. He lit the league up for 5,097 yards and 50 touchdowns during the regular season, solidifying himself as the top fantasy quarterback heading into the 2019 campaign.

Taylor finished the 2018 season having completed 49 percent of his passes for 473 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions in four games.

Taylor wasn't heard from much after getting knocked out of the Browns' Week 3 matchup with the Jets, a game in which rookie Baker Mayfield came in and led Cleveland to victory before being named the starter for the rest of the season. While Taylor wasn't particularly impressive even when healthy and seeing playing time, he's still a solid passer who should have a healthy market as a free agent in March.

Goff completed 25 of 40 passes for 297 yards with a touchdown and an interception in the Rams' 26-23 overtime win over the Saints in Sunday's NFC Championship Game. He also rushed three times for 10 yards and lost a fumble but recovered.

In a game that featured decidedly fewer offensive fireworks than during the regular-season meeting between the two teams, Goff still delivered a strong final line, and most important, spearheaded a Super Bowl-clinching win. The third-year pro didn't have his usual connection with Robert Woods going, as the Saints limited the veteran downfield while holding him to six catches for 33 yards. However, Goff successfully pivoted to Brandin Cooks, who touched up his old squad for seven grabs and 107 yards. Goff also connected with Josh Reynolds successfully on several key completions in the second half, and he made two key connections with Tyler Higbee under pressure on what would turn out to be the game-winning drive. Goff will now try to replicate his strong effort in two weeks' time during a Super Bowl matchup against the winner of the Patriots-Chiefs showdown later Sunday.

The Seahawks signed Lynch on Thursday, Sports Radio KJR reports.

The Broncos traded up to pluck Lynch in the first round of the 2016 draft, but he was stuck behind Trevor Siemian for most of his rookie season and both Siemian and Brock Osweiler in 2017. Lynch made five appearances (four starts) during those two years, completing 61.7 percent of his passes for 792 yards, four touchdowns and four interceptions. After Case Keenum arrived in Denver last offseason, Lynch was unable to keep a job by Week 1 and remained out of football in 2018. Upon joining the Seahawks, Lynch will battle Brett Hundley for slotting at quarterback behind Russell Wilson.

Jones signed a futures deal with the Chargers on Monday, Ricky Henne of the Chargers' official site reports.

Jones will remain with the Chargers through the offseason and into OTAs after spending the past two seasons on the team's practice squad. Backup quarterback Geno Smith will enter free agency this offseason, which could leave Jones the opportunity to compete for a backup role heading into the 2019 season.

Brissett could be traded this offseason but the Colts' asking price is high, Joel A. Erickson of the Indianapolis Star reports.

Brissett didn't see any meaningful action in 2018, playing just 18 snaps across four games. However, he started in 15 games in 2017 while Andrew Luck was injured and he impressed enough to garner interest from clubs in need of a starting quarterback in 2019. It's unclear exactly what the Colts' asking price is, but given Brissett's stat line of 3,098 yards, 13 touchdowns and seven interceptions in 2017, it seems unlikely that another team would forfeit a top draft pick to bring him in. Entering the final year of his rookie contract, Brissett will be a quality backup for the Colts in 2019 if the team doesn't trade him.

Coach John Harbaugh said last week that Jackson will remain the Ravens' top signal-caller heading into the 2019 season, Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic reports. "I know Joe [Flacco] is going to do really well. I mean, Lamar is our quarterback going forward -- no question about that," Harbaugh said.

Jackson took over for an injured Flacco as the Ravens' starting quarterback in Week 11, bringing with him a new-look, run-heavy offensive attack that guided the team to wins in six of its final seven contests of the regular season. Unfortunately, Jackson couldn't keep the momentum going in the Jan. 6 wild-card-round loss to the Chargers, completing only 14 of 29 passes for 194 yards and adding 54 yards on the ground while throwing an interception and losing one of his three fumbles. The rookie at least bounced back from a rough first half to nearly engineer a comeback win, with that performance coupled with his previous body of work giving the Ravens enough confidence to proceed with him atop the depth chart. Harbaugh essentially admitted that the Ravens will part ways this offseason with Flacco, whom the coach noted is "going to have a market" whether he's traded or released.

McGough signed a futures deal with the Jaguars on Tuesday, Phillip Heilman of The Florida Times-Union reports.

McGough was drafted by the Seahawks in the seventh round of last year's draft and spent the season on the team's practice squad. He'll now set his sights on making the Jaguars' roster in 2019.

Prescott completed 20 of 32 pass attempts for 266 yards and a touchdown in Saturday's 30-22 loss to the Rams. He added three rushing yards and another touchdown on two carries.

Prescott was asked to do the heavy lifting offensively with Ezekiel Elliott being contained on the ground (20 carries for 47 yards). The 25-year-old did a good job of spreading the ball around after it became apparent that the Rams wanted to key in on Amari Cooper early on. Despite his solid play, Prescott's season comes to an end. The third-year arm finished the regular season with a new career high in passing yards (3,885) with 22 touchdowns and eight interceptions. Still, his numbers pale in comparison to higher-end fantasy quarterbacks, as Prescott's real-life value far exceeds his fantasy output.

Goff completed 15 of 28 pass attempts for 186 yards, adding six rushes for 12 yards during Saturday's 30-22 win against the Cowboys.

Goff very nearly hooked up with Brandin Cooks for a second-quarter touchdown strike, but it was ruled that Cooks failed to maintain possession going to the ground as Los Angeles was forced to settle for a Greg Zuerlein field-goal try moments later. The third-year quarterback's most pivotal play may have come on the final drive, as he scampered for 11 yards on third-and-long to help the Rams run out the clock on Dallas' comeback bid. Goff owns a 5:0 TD:INT ratio over his past three outings, but he's averaged an unspectacular 200.3 passing yards per game over that span. Awaiting in the NFC Championship Game is a bounce-back opportunity regardless of the outcome of Sunday's Eagles-Saints tilt, as both teams ranked bottom five against the pass during the regular season.
