Ryan Tannehill QB | TEN
Dolphins' Ryan Tannehill: Should be available for OTAs
Dolphins coach Adam Gase said Tannehill (knee) will be ready for Organized Team Activities in May, Adam H. Beasley of the Miami Herald reports.
Bouncing back from mid-August surgery to repair a partial ACL tear, Tannehill restructured his contract a couple weeks ago to help free up cap room for the signings of Albert Wilson and Danny Amendola. The restructure converted his 2018 base salary into a guaranteed signing bonus, providing yet another hint that the Dolphins are confident moving forward with Tannehill as their starter. He figures to take part in offseason workouts and OTAs in some capacity, with eyes toward full participation when training camp begins in late July. Despite the recent display of confidence, it won't come as a major surprise if the Dolphins use an early draft pick on a quarterback to develop behind Tannehill.

Blaine Gabbert QB | KC
Blaine Gabbert: Signing with Tennessee
Gabbert reached an agreement to sign with the Titans on Tuesday, ESPN.com reports.
The Titans were searching for an upgrade for their No. 2 quarterback spot after releasing Matt Cassel earlier in March. While not exactly reliable, Gabbert is at least closer to Marcus Mariota in terms of playing style, having run for 440 yards on 94 carries (4.7 average) in 19 appearances for the 49ers and Cardinals the past three seasons. The 2011 first-round pick went 2-3 in five starts for Arizona last year, completing 95 of 171 passes (55.6 percent) for 1,086 yards (6.4 per attempt), with six touchdowns, six interceptions, 23 sacks and seven fumbles (two lost). Gabbert may have to fend off Alex Tanney or another veteran in a competition for Tennessee's backup job.

Jets' Teddy Bridgewater: May not participate in offseason workouts
General manager Mike Maccagnan confirmed Monday that Bridgewater (knee) may not be a participant in the offseason program, Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News reports. "That injury may take some time to fully recover from," Maccagnan said. "If all things go well, you guys will have a chance to see him out there to throw this spring."
Maccagnan referenced the "risk-reward" of a signing like Bridgewater, who has taken just nine in-game snaps since tearing the ACL and dislocating the kneecap in his left knee on Aug. 30, 2016. The Jets are hopeful that the program set up by their training staff will help Bridgewater return to the level of play he exhibited in 2014 and 2015, when he averaged 7.24 yards per attempt, posted 28 touchdowns versus 21 interceptions and averaged 4.4 yards per carry in 29 appearances. As the offseason continues, the team will trust in veteran Josh McCown under center, with the potential addition of a QB in the draft threatening the roster spots of Bridgewater, who is guaranteed just $500,000 on his one-year deal, as well as 2015 fourth-round pick Bryce Petty and 2016 second-round selection Christian Hackenberg.

Paxton Lynch QB | PIT
Broncos' Paxton Lynch: Offense tailored to strengths
The Broncos plan to adjust their offensive scheme this season to complement the skill sets of both Lynch and new starter Case Keenum.
Broncos head coach Vance Joseph proclaimed a similar sentiment last offseason, noting that the offense under his first year on the sideline would suit Lynch and Trevor Siemian, who has since been shipped to Minnesota. As for this year's quarterback duo, Keenum and Lynch deliver their best work when extending plays with their feet, so roll-out plays should become staples in Denver's offense under coordinator Bill Musgrave. At the same time, that scheme could also be adaptable for Baker Mayfield, Josh Rosen, Josh Allen and other quarterbacks with decent mobility available near the top of the draft. Denver may be able to spin the Keenum signing and playbook adjustment as positives for Lynch's development, but the team could also be looking at developing another signal caller come April as the front office makes its way through the pro-day circuit.

Jets' Teddy Bridgewater: Offseason workouts in question
Bridgewater wouldn't commit to taking part in the Jets' offseason program, Jeremy Bergman of NFL.com reports. "That's not something I'm comfortable talking about right now," Bridgewater said in a conference call Wednesday. "I'm pretty sure that will be a discussion I have with the training staff and we'll come up with a plan moving forward."
Bridgewater has played just nine snaps -- all in Week 15 of last season -- since tearing up his left knee in an Aug. 30, 2016 training-camp practice. If his comments reveal anything, his recovery appears to be ongoing, and any upcoming participation in OTAs and/or minicamp will be determined by the health of his surgically-repaired knee. Bridgewater's incentive-laden contract with the Jets contains only $500,000 guaranteed, signifying he could be at risk of becoming a roster casualty this summer if it appears a rookie quarterback is ready to back up incumbent starter Josh McCown, who is presumably past the hand injury that ended his 2017 season.

Josh Johnson QB | CIN
Josh Johnson: Signing with Raiders
Johnson signed with the Raiders on Monday, Michael Gehlken of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.
A 2008 fifth-round pick, Johnson has bounced around the league as a third-string quarterback for most of his career, last attempting a pass in a regular-season game in 2011. He lost out to Geno Smith in a battle for the Giants' No. 2 job last preseason, and then caught on with the Texans for part of November and December. Johnson may get the chance to compete with 2016 fourth-round pick Connor Cook for the backup job in Oakland, though the team also figures to add another veteran and/or draft pick. Johnson is an Oakland native and cousin of Marshawn Lynch.

Teddy Bridgewater QB | DET
Jets' Teddy Bridgewater: Only gets $500k guaranteed
Bridgewater's one-year contract with the Jets includes only $500,000 guaranteed, Dan Graziano of ESPN.com reports.
Initially reported as a $15 million deal, Bridgewater's contract has sounded weaker and weaker as more of the details have become public. He'll collect a $500,000 signing bonus and a $500,000 workout bonus this offseason, but the rest of his money comes in the form of a non-guaranteed $5 million base salary and $9 million worth of incentives. With incumbent starter Josh McCown re-signed and the Jets recently trading up for the No. 3 overall pick with their eyes (presumably) on a young quarterback, it isn't hard to imagine a scenario in which Bridgewater is traded or released before Week 1. He may have accepted the unusual contract for that very reason, hoping the Jets will allow him to go elsewhere if McCown gets the starting job and an early draft pick appears ready for the backup gig (or vice versa). The contract structure is risky from a financial perspective, but it does improve Bridgewater's odds of getting on the field in 2018, be it for the Jets or another team.

Teddy Bridgewater QB | DET
Jets' Teddy Bridgewater: Officially signs with Jets
Bridgewater signed his one-year contract with the Jets on Sunday, Brian Costello of The New York Post reports.
Now more than 18 months removed from suffering a torn ACL, the 32nd overall pick from the 2014 draft apparently was able to pass a physical. His contract has a maximum value around $15 million, but the majority seems to be in the form of incentives, as the base salary is only $6 million. Incumbent starter Josh McCown signed a one-year, $10 million contract, and the Jets recently traded up in the draft from No. 6 overall to No. 3, presumably with the intention of drafting another quarterback. Bridgewater may get a shot to compete for the starting job, but McCown will enter training camp atop the depth chart, while a rookie likely will be groomed for the future. It isn't an ideal situation in terms of Bridgewater actually getting meaningful regular-season snaps for the first time since 2015.

Matt Barkley QB | JAC
Bengals' Matt Barkley: Signing with Cincy
Barkley signed with the Bengals on Saturday, Paul Dehner Jr. of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
Barkley was with the Cardinals for the final seven weeks of last season, but he hasn't played in a game since 2016, when he was picked off 14 times in seven appearances for the Bears. He joins Jeff Driskell (arm) on the Cincinnati depth chart behind Andy Dalton, with the Bengals likely planning to add a draft pick or another veteran before training camp. Barkley likely will need to compete for a roster spot.

Sam Bradford QB | MIN
Sam Bradford: Officially a Cardinal
Bradford made his two-year contract with the Cardinals official Friday, Kyle Odegard of the Cardinals' official site reports.
The physical was looming as a potential holdup, though the Cardinals obviously know that Bradford's balky left knee is part of what they're signing up for. Vikings coach Mike Zimmer referred to the knee as "degenerative" a couple weeks ago, though he also mentioned that Bradford has been able to ski during the offseason. Never known for his durability, the 30-year-old quarterback may find it especially difficult to stay healthy while playing behind a porous Arizona offensive line. He'll at least get to play with David Johnson and Larry Fitzgerald, though the complementary weapons are lacking through the first few days of free agency. Bradford won't have much appeal outside of two-QB leagues unless the Cardinals secure major upgrades around him in the coming weeks. Fellow free-agent addition Mike Glennon doesn't figure to have any real shot at unseating Bradford for the starting job.
