Rodgers said this week that his knee feels "great" after undergoing arthroscopic surgery last month, USA Today reports.

Rodgers is participating in the Pebble Beach Pro-Am, marking his first round of golf since last July. The aforementioned procedure was intended to clean up an old injury, and his ability to make it through 18 holes is an encouraging sign in his recovery. Expect Rodgers to be healthy once the offseason program kicks off in April.

Dalton (thumb) has yet to begin throwing, Geoff Hobson of the Bengals' official site reports. "Not throwing yet because we are being very conservative with it," Dalton said this week. "I feel like I can throw but no reason to push anything right now. I have plenty of time now to get 100 percent."

The Bengals were knocked out on wild-card weekend, so it appears that Dalton may not have made an appearance in the postseason, even if his side reached the Super Bowl. Either way, he expects to attend a quarterback camp at USC in the coming months, while he'll have an opportunity to take part in Cincinnati's offseason program as early as April 18.

Winston completed six of 12 passes for 113 yards and two touchdowns during Team Irvin's 49-27 defeat of Team Rice in Sunday's Pro Bowl.

The 2015 first overall pick capped off a memorable rookie campaign with a strong showing as a replacement for Tom Brady. Winston hit a streaking Delanie Walker down the middle for a 53-yard touchdown in the third quarter, and then found DeAndre Hopkins for a seven-yard strike in the fourth. The 22-year-old will now head into offseason under a new head coach in former Bucs offensive coordinator Dirk Koetter, but with the benefit of playing in Koetter's offensive system for the second consecutive season. If Tampa is able to re-up free agent Doug Martin, Winston will be armed with arguably his three top offensive weapons in Martin, Charles Sims, and Mike Evans going into the 2016 campaign.

Rodgers underwent arthroscopic knee surgery after the Packers' season ended on Jan. 16, Rob Demovsky of ESPN.com reports.

Rodgers has never been listed with a knee issue in the course of his professional career, but the procedure was performed as a "cleanup of an old injury," which could be a reference to reconstructive surgery that was performed on his left knee in January of 2004 at the University of California. Arthroscopic surgeries aren't accompanied by lengthy recovery periods, and the quarterback himself stated Friday that he's "doing well" and "recovering on schedule." As a result, he pulled himself out of Sunday's Pro Bowl but shouldn't have any problem being available for the entirety of the offseason program.

Winston will be the first Bucs rookie quarterback to ever play in the Pro Bowl, Rick Stroud of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

The 2015 first-rounder is replacing Tom Brady, but nevertheless holds an important distinction in franchise history. Winston arguably earned the honor by becoming only the third rookie quarterback in NFL history to throw for over 4,000 yards in his first season, joining a distinguished list that includes Cam Newton and Andrew Luck. Winston's 4,042 yards also set a frachise rookie record for quarterbacks, as did his 28 combined touchdowns.

Cousins, a potential free agent, is a target for a long-term deal for Washington GM Scot McLoughan, NFL Network reports.

Cousins almost certainly isn't going anywhere in 2016, as Washington can use the franchise tag should contract negotiations stall out this offseason. McLoughan praised Cousins's improvement throughout the season, but we'll have to see if it was enough for Washington to be willing to pony up the kind of $17-20 million average annual salary Cousins may require to lock up long-term.

Tannehill's struggles this past season are an area new coach Adam Gase intends to improve by building better protection going forward, the Palm Beach Post reports.

Tannehill was sacked a whopping 45 times during 2015, making him the third-most sacked quarterback in the league. Along with taking so many hits, Tannehill's passer rating and completion percentage dropped. Nonetheless, like he did with Jay Cutler in Chicago, Gase intends to quell any quarterback concerns with the help of improved protection, showing his support for Tannehill as they enter their first season together.

Smith appeared in one game in 2015 and completed 27-of-42 passes for 265 yards and two touchdowns along with an interception on November 1 against the Raiders.

Smith was battling for the Jets starting quarterback job with Ryan Fitzpatrick before breaking his jaw during the preseason. Fitzpatrick went on to have the best season of his career, and Smith only saw the field when a thumb injury forced Fitzpatrick out of the game against the Raiders. Smith is entering the last year of his rookie deal, though his base salary is only $675,000, which should help him to finish out his deal with the Jets, likely as a backup.

New Eagles head coach Doug Pederson said that Bradford would fit perfectly into his system, Jeff McLane of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.

The comment should be taken with a grain of salt, as Pederson also referred to Bradford as a "top-notch quarterback". To be fair, Bradford did play much better down the stretch in 2015, and he's at least good enough to safely be viewed as a low-end starter. The Eagles will presumably make Bradford a serious offer, but it's possible the impending free agent will find a better contract and/or situation elsewhere.

Wilson completed 31 of 48 passes for 366 yards, three touchdowns and two interceptions in Sunday's loss to the Panthers. He added 32 yards on three carries.

Two early picks put Seattle in a very early bind, forcing the team to play catch-up by throwing a bunch in the second half. None the less, Wilson threw for at least three touchdowns for the seventh time in his last eight games after having just six such performances in his regular season career prior to that. Wilson's running ability made him a top-level quarterback coming into the season. Though he only scored once on the ground in 2015, his new-found ability to put up consistently big passing performances should make him an even hotter commodity in 2016.
