  • Stephen Morris QB | SEA

    Colts' Stephen Morris: Joins Colts

Morris was signed by the Colts on Thursday, ESPN's Adam Caplan reports.

Morris was residing on the Eagles' practice squad, but with Andrew Luck (abdomen/kidney) already ruled out heading into Week 16 and Matt Hasselbeck hampered by a litany of injuries, the Colts opted to bring the 23-year-old on the roster as the No. 3 quarterback.

  • Brian Hoyer QB | LV

Texans' Brian Hoyer: Remains in concussion protocol

Though Hoyer practiced in a limited fashion Wednesday, he is still in the NFL's concussion protocol, ESPN's Tania Ganguli reports.

Meanwhile, coach Bill O'Brien noted that the Texans will determine Hoyer's availability for Sunday's game against the Titans later in the week. With T.J. Yates having suffered a torn ACL in Week 15, Brandon Weeden would be in line to draw Sunday's start at QB for the Texans if Hoyer is not cleared to do so.

  • Andy Dalton QB | PHI

    Bengals' Andy Dalton: Remains week-to-week

Dalton (thumb) remains "week to week," the Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

On the plus side, the report notes that the Bengals are happy with the progress Dalton's fractured right thumb is making, but AJ McCarron is slated to remain the team's starting QB on Monday night against the Broncos, whose Week 16 offense will be helmed by Brock Osweiler.

  • Lions' Matthew Stafford: Three touchdowns against Saints

Stafford completed 22-of-25 passes for 254 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions in Monday night's win over the Saints.

Stafford was nothing short of brilliant Monday night, throwing for as many touchdowns as incompletions. In fact, Stafford totaled three touchdown passes by halftime, taking advantage of a dreadful Saints defense while continuing his strong close to this season. To that point, Stafford has thrown for 12 touchdowns and just one interception over the Lions' last four games, putting him in excellent form ahead of Sunday's home game against the 49ers.

  • Marcus Mariota QB | WAS

Titans' Marcus Mariota: Out this week with knee injury

The Titans have confirmed that Mariota (knee) will be out for Sunday's game against the Texans.

Interim coach Mike Mularkey noted Monday that the QB will evaluated again after Week 16, while not yet ruling Mariota out for the team's regular season finale, at this time. Zach Mettenberger will start at QB for the Titans on Sunday, in any case.

  • Marcus Mariota QB | WAS

Titans' Marcus Mariota: Reportedly done for season

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that Mariota is done for season after spraining his MCL on Sunday.

We'll await confirmation of this news from the Titans, though with the team 3-11 it makes perfect sense to shut Mariota down for the season, with the long haul in mind. Zach Mettenberger is thus in line to start the Titans' final two regular season contests.

  • Brian Hoyer QB | LV

    Texans' Brian Hoyer: Feeling better

Hoyer remains in the league's concussion protocol, but his post-concussion symptoms are subsiding, the Houston Chronicle reports.

Hoyer missed Sunday's win over the Colts after suffering his second concussion in a month-long timespan during Week 14. While veteran T.J. Yates started in Hoyer's absence Sunday, he suffered a season-ending torn ACL against the Colts, which forced recently-signed journeyman Brandon Weeden into the fray. Although Weeden ultimately pulled out the win, the Texans will certainly be hopeful that Hoyer's condition continues to improve ahead of Sunday's game against the Titans. Weeden will be prepared as Houston's starter for the time being, but should Hoyer clear league protocol, he would definitely reclaim his position immediately.

  • Sam Bradford QB | MIN

Eagles' Sam Bradford: Throws for 361 yards in loss

Bradford completed 28 of 41 passes for 361 yards, with two touchdowns, two interceptions and a lost fumble in Sunday's 40-17 loss to the Cardinals.

Bradford played well through the first two quarters, but the second half was mostly a disaster for the entire Philadelphia team, with the exception of a 78-yard touchdown pass to Jordan Matthews that was gifted to the Eagles on a blown coverage. Bradford had actually thrown an ugly pick-six on his previous snap, after losing a fumble on the drive before that. He later threw another bad interception when the game was out of reach, marking the Eagles' fourth turnover on seven second-half drives. Even accounting for the terrible finish, Bradford has mostly ventured back toward competence the past few weeks, and he'll have a decent Week 16 matchup against Washington. Though clearly ahead of the Gabbert-Schaub-Cassel types, Bradford is still one of the lesser options among the NFL's 32 starting quarterbacks.

  • Derek Carr QB | NO

Raiders' Derek Carr: Throws for 276 yards, two touchdowns in Week 15 loss

Carr completed 23 of 47 passes for 276 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions in Sunday's 30-20 loss to the Packers. He also rushed for 42 yards on four rushing attempts and was sacked three times.

The second-year pro's performance was a bit of a rollercoaster, with Carr alternating some outstanding stretches with a pair of back-breaking interceptions. The 24-year-old did bounce back nicely from a 135-yard outlier against the Broncos stingy secondary in Week 14, and threw multiple touchdowns for the fourth consecutive game and eighth time in the last nine contests. However, he did notably complete less than half of his passes for the second straight week, and has now thrown five interceptions over two of the last three games. Although the Raiders are now officially eliminated from playoff contention, both the team and Carr have made significant strides this season, and the second-year quarterback's connection with dynamic rookie wideout Amari Cooper should be a formidable one for years to come.

  • Aaron Rodgers QB | PIT

Packers' Aaron Rodgers: Mediocre fantasy game

Rodgers completed 22 of 39 passes for 204 yards, with one touchdown and an interception in Sunday's 30-20 win at Oakland.

In a favorable matchup, at least on paper, Rodgers failed to produce, although he did have a fourth-quarter touchdown pass called back due to offensive pass interference. His interception came late in the game around the goal line on an ill-advised throw, with the Packers leading. He still hasn't thrown for over 300 yards since Week 10, and hasn't passed for more than two scores since Week 9. That might not change next week against a strong Cardinals defense, although you're probably not sitting him unless you have a superior option.
