  • Jalen Hurts QB | PHI

Eagles' Jalen Hurts: Another huge game

Hurts completed 22 of 35 passes for 340 yards and three touchdowns against Washington on Sunday. He also rushed nine times for 20 yards.

The Eagles offense is rolling right now and defenses haven't had an answer for Hurts in his first three games. The addition of A.J. Brown has taken the offense to a new level, and so far, no defense has been able to stop Hurts, Brown and DeVonta Smith at once. The combined threat of those three forces defenses to play spread out, and Hurts' Week 4 opponent (Jacksonville) struggled in Week 1 against Washington's spread-out game plan. There's no obvious scenario where Hurts slows down anytime soon.

  • Justin Herbert QB | LAC

Chargers' Justin Herbert: Slated to start Sunday

Herbert (ribs) is active and starting Sunday's game against the Jaguars, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.

Herbert, who suffered fractured rib cartilage against Kansas City in Week 2, is in uniform Sunday, but it remains to be seen how effective he'll be while playing through the issue. If the Chargers' franchise QB ends up limited at all in the contest or suffers any in-game setbacks, Chase Daniel is next up for the team's signal-caller snaps, with Easton Stick in reserve.

  • Tua Tagovailoa QB | ATL

Dolphins' Tua Tagovailoa: Returns to Sunday's game

Tagovailoa (head) has returned to Sunday's game against the Bills, Matt Parrino of The Syracuse Post-Standard reports.

Tagovailoa took a hard hit from linebacker Matt Milano in the first half and went to the locker room. However, he cleared concussion protocols during halftime and returned for the first drive of the second half.

  • Justin Herbert QB | LAC

Chargers' Justin Herbert: Suiting up Sunday

Herbert (ribs) is listed as active for Sunday's game against the Jaguars.

Also in uniform for the Chargers are fellow QBs Chase Daniel and Easton Stick, but given Herbert is not listed among the team's Week 3 inactives, he's a starting option for the team versus the Jaguars.

  • Tua Tagovailoa QB | ATL

Dolphins' Tua Tagovailoa: Exits Sunday's game

Tagovailoa was forced out of Sunday's game against the Bills due to a head injury.

Tagovailoa headed to the locker Sunday absorbing a hit from linebacker Matt Milano, per Cameron Wolfe of NFL Network. In his absence, Teddy Bridgewater is in at quarterback for the Dolphins.

  • Jameis Winston QB | NYG

Saints' Jameis Winston: Active in Week 3

Winston (back/ankle) is active for Sunday's game at Carolina, Nick Underhill of NewOrleans.Football reports.

Winston has suffered injuries in both contests this season, including four small fractures in his back Week 1 in Atlanta and an ankle issue last Sunday against the Buccaneers. Predictably, he was limited at practice Wednesday through Friday, but he'll continue to gut through what's deemed to be a "painful" issue, per Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com. On the campaign, Winston has completed 65 percent of his passes for 505 yards, three touchdowns and three interceptions.

  • Zach Wilson QB | NO

Jets' Zach Wilson: Trending toward Week 4 return

Wilson, who continues to progress in his recovery from a meniscus injury and bone bruise in his knee, is expected to be cleared by doctors next week, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

If that's the case, the QB -- who is ruled out for Sunday's game against the Bengals -- would presumably be on track to return to action in Week 4 against the Steelers. In Wilson's ongoing absence, Joe Flacco is slated to continue filling in as the Jets' starting signal caller.

  • Justin Herbert QB | LAC

Chargers' Justin Herbert: Week 3 status TBD

Herbert is expected to make a decision during pregame warm-ups ahead of Sunday's 4:05 ET kickoff about whether to take a pain-killing injection in his fractured rib cartilage in order to try and play against the Jaguars in Week 3, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.

Both Schefter and Mike Garafolo of NFL Network suggest that the QB is pushing to play, but at this stage Herbert profiles as a true game-time decision and fantasy managers considering him in Week 3 lineups are advised to have a contingency plan in mind. If Herbert is unable to start Sunday, Chase Daniel would draw the assignment in his place.

  • Jameis Winston QB | NYG

Saints' Jameis Winston: Expected to face Panthers

Winston (back/ankle) is expected to suit up for Sunday's game against Carolina, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Winston played through fractures in his back during the Saints' loss against the Buccaneers in Week 2, and he's expected to suit up again despite now also nursing an ankle issue. The quarterback practiced in a limited capacity Wednesday through Friday, and Winston is now expected to avoid an appearance on New Orleans' inactive list, which will be released ahead of Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

  • Justin Herbert QB | LAC

Chargers' Justin Herbert: Game-time decision for Week 3

Herbert (ribs), who's listed as questionable, will likely be a game-time decision ahead of Sunday's matchup against Jacksonville, Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.com reports.

Herbert didn't practice Friday after being limited Wednesday and Thursday, but as expected, the team will put him through a workout during pregame ahead of Sunday's 4:05 p.m. ET kickoff before determining his status for Week 3. If Herbert is sidelined, Chase Daniel would draw the start in his place.
