Jeff Wilson RB | MIA
Dolphins' Jeff Wilson: Ready for season debut
Wilson (ribs/finger) was activated off injured reserve Saturday.
As a result, the veteran is now slated to make his 2023 season debut. The emergence of Chris Brooks (ankle) and De'Von Achane (knee) likely would have relegated Wilson to a bit of an afterthought in the Dolphins backfield after registering 4.7 yards per carry across 84 carries last season, but with the two rookies on injured reserve, Wilson could serve as an immediate complement to starter Raheem Mostert right from the get-go.

Deon Jackson RB | DET
Browns' Deon Jackson: Signed to active roster
The Browns signed Jackson to the active roster Saturday.
Jackson has been on Cleveland's practice squad since Week 3 after suiting up the first two weeks of the season. With Kareem Hunt (thigh) questionable for Week 7, it looks like the Browns are opting to add depth in the backfield. Jackson accumulated 14 yards on 13 carries to go along with 14 yards through the air on five receptions during his two games earlier this year.

Tony Jones RB | ARI
Tony Jones: Back in Arizona
The Cardinals signed Jones to their practice squad Friday, Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com reports.
Even though Arizona waived Jones just two days ago, they've agreed to bring him back on the team's practice squad. The Cardinals originally picked up the 25-year-old running back off waivers Oct. 9 after New Orleans cut ties with him two days earlier. Jones has recorded 70 rushing yards on 21 attempts with two touchdowns this year, and he'll give Arizona even more running back depth with James Conner (knee) missing multiple games.

Christian McCaffrey RB | SF
49ers' Christian McCaffrey: Listed as DNP on Friday
McCaffrey (oblique) didn't practice Friday, Eric Branch of the San Francisco Chronicle reports.
McCaffrey was limited to side work with the training staff, missing a second straight practice after his early exit from Sunday's loss to the Browns. Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports that McCaffrey told coach Kyle Shanahan not to take anything out of the game plan and to prepare as if the running back will play even if he doesn't practice at all this week. A Monday night game in Minnesota isn't ideal for fantasy purposes, especially given that there's some question about whether Jordan Mason or Elijah Mitchell would get more backfield work in the event of a McCaffrey absence.

Jeff Wilson RB | MIA
Dolphins' Jeff Wilson: Three straight FPs but still on IR
Wilson (ribs/finger) was a full participant for a third consecutive practice Friday.
Wilson practiced without limitations this week, and the Dolphins opened up a spot on their 53-man roster by moving fellow running back Chris Brooks (ankle) to injured reserve Friday, so all signs point to the former coming off injured reserve to suit up Sunday against the Eagles. Once he's officially activated, Wilson will likely leapfrog Salvon Ahmed as the primary backup to Raheem Mostert, at least until productive rookie De'Von Achane (knee) returns from his own IR stint.

Christian McCaffrey RB | SF
49ers' Christian McCaffrey: Working with trainers
McCaffrey (oblique) was working on the side with San Francisco's training staff during the open portion of practice Friday, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.
It's a step in the right direction, though not automatically enough for McCaffrey to be listed as a limited participant rather than DNP. An extra day ahead of Monday Night Football works out well for the 49ers; less so for fantasy mangers relying on McCaffrey or Deebo Samuel (shoulder).

Zach Charbonnet RB | SEA
Seahawks' Zach Charbonnet: Not practicing, deemed questionable
Charbonnet (hamstring) isn't practicing Friday and is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against the Cardinals, Bob Condotta of The Tacoma News Tribune reports.
A third straight missed practice suggests the rookie is unlikely to play even if the Seahawks are leaving the door open. DeeJay Dallas figures to step in as the team's No. 2 RB behind Kenneth Walker if Charbonnet ends up on the inactive list ahead of a 4:05 p.m. ET kickoff this Sunday.

Ty Johnson RB | BUF
Bills' Ty Johnson: Replaces Damien Harris on roster
The Bills signed Johnson to the 53-man roster Friday.
He had resided on the Bills' practice squad prior to the transaction, while fellow running back Damien Harris (concussion/neck) was placed on injured reserve in a corresponding move. Johnson will provide depth in a Buffalo backfield that also includes James Cook and Latavius Murray. The running back out of Maryland has appeared in 62 NFL games and has a career average of 4.4 yards per carry.

Craig Reynolds RB | NE
Lions' Craig Reynolds: Questionable for Week 7
Reynolds (hamstring/toe) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game at Baltimore, Eric Woodyard of ESPN.com reports.
Reynolds was unable to practice Wednesday due to hamstring and toe injuries, but his return to some drills Thursday and Friday has left the door open for him to suit up this weekend. Meanwhile, David Montgomery (ribs) was ruled out, and Jahmyr Gibbs (hamstring) has been cleared to return from a two-game absence. Considering the situation, Gibbs will be the clear-cut top RB option for the Lions in Week 7, but Reynolds also should be the mix, assuming he's active. Reynolds' availability will become known about 90 minutes before Sunday's 1:00 p.m. ET kickoff.

Tank Bigsby RB | PHI
Jaguars' Tank Bigsby: Two carries Thursday
Bigsby rushed twice for two yards during Thursday's 31-24 win against New Orleans.
The rookie third-round pick played just eight offensive snaps but was the only Jacksonville running back besides starter Travis Etienne to receive a carry. Bigsby had seven rushes in the season opener but has just 13 over the past six games as Etienne continues to dominate the team's backfield touches.
