Walter (coach's decision) is inactive for San Francisco's Monday night matchup against the Bills.

The 24-year-old has made three appearances since Week 9, but with Raheem Mostert, Tevin Coleman, Jeff Wilson and Jerick McKinnon all active for Monday night's game, he'll fail to garner active status. Walter has collected 30 scrimmage yards over two offensive touches, adding three kick-return attempts for 64 yards this season.

Akers (shoulder) was listed as non-participant on Monday's estimated injury report, Jourdan Rodrigue of The Athletic reports.

Akers paced the Rams backfield by a large margin Sunday at Arizona, earning 52 offensive snaps to Darrell Henderson's 18 and Malcolm Brown's 13. The result for Akers was 21 carries for 72 yards and one touchdown to go with a 22-yard catch on his only target, while Henderson and Brown combined for nine touches, 101 yards from scrimmage and one TD. Unfortunately for Akers, he's dealing with the residual effects of his largest workload of the season, meaning his status will be one to monitor as Thursday's game against the Patriots approaches.

Gibson suffered a toe injury and is doubtful to return to Monday's game at Pittsburgh.

Gibson was clearly hobbled after a first-quarter run as he went to sideline. Per Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post, Gibson had the big toe on his left foot wrapped and tested it out behind the bench. However, Gibson walked about with a distinct limp, according to Rhiannon Walker of The Athletic, and Washington soon made a ruling on the running back's status. With Gibson unlikely to return, J.D. McKissic and Peyton Barber will be the team's only running backs for the remainder of the contest.

Barner signed to Tampa Bay's active roster from the practice squad Monday.

The 31-year-old was elevated from the practice squad as an extra player for three games this season, but he's now on the active roster in a longer-term capacity. Barner played only four offensive snaps in those appearances but has seen some work in the return game.

The Titans activated Evans (hamstring) from injured reserve Monday, Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site reports.

Tennessee monitored Evans throughout almost the entirety of his 21-day practice window, but the team now will get the rookie third-round pick back in action to close out the regular season. D'Onta Foreman and Jeremy McNichols have both been solid in reserve work behind Derrick Henry in recent weeks, however, so Evans may not be an immediate lock for the No. 2 role.

Coach Jon Gruden said Monday that he doesn't have much confidence that Jacobs (ankle) will be available for Sunday's game against the Colts, Vincent Bonsignore of the Las Vegas Review-Journal reports.

Jacobs didn't practice at all before being ruled out for last weekend's narrow win over the Jets, and it looks like he could be trending toward a two-game absence due to an ankle sprain. Devontae Booker was ineffective in the lead role versus New York, but he could get another chance to handle a notable workload against Indianapolis' stout defensive front.

Perine had three carries for seven yards during Sunday's 19-7 loss to the Dolphins.

The 25-year-old played 17 of 52 offensive snaps while Giovani Bernard handled 14 touches in the defeat. The Bengals previously indicated they expect Joe Mixon (foot) to be back from injured reserve this week, which would push Perine further down the depth chart.

Ogunbowale rushed twice for seven yards and failed to catch two targets during Sunday's 27-24 loss to the Vikings.

The two carries is hardly significant in the big picture, but it's still notable given it's Ogunbowale's first of the season, and also the first time a running back besides James Robinson has received a carry since Week 9. Ogunbowale was the only running back behind Robinson to play any offensive snaps, so he appears to have secured the No. 2 job in the backfield, not that there's any fantasy potential in that role.

Coach Matt Rhule said Monday that he's "hopeful" McCaffrey (shoulder) will be available for Sunday's game against the Broncos, Alaina Getzenberg of The Charlotte Observer reports.

McCaffrey appears to have a solid shot to retake the field coming off Carolina's bye, a development which would certainly be welcome for fantasy managers who've only had the standout running back available for three games this season. A final decision on McCaffrey's status will almost certainly come down to the extent of his participation in practice.

Dallas caught two of three targets for 11 yards in Sunday's 17-12 loss to the Giants.

Dallas didn't play an offensive snap last week, but he enjoyed a larger role in this outing, logging just six fewer snaps than backfield mate Carlos Hyde's 18. This may have been partly due to the fact Hyde dealt with turf toe throughout the week. A decent workload could be expected on a weekly basis if Hyde's reps remain limited, but there's not meaningful fantasy relevance for Dallas in his current role.
