Samaje Perine RB | CIN
Chiefs' Samaje Perine: Three catches in Week 16
Perine didn't log a carry while catching all three of his targets for 50 yards in Saturday's 27-19 win over the Texans.
Perine made his biggest impact in the passing game, as usual, producing a season-high 50 receiving yards in the win. The running back played just 13 offensive snaps, his lowest total since Week 10, as both Isiah Pacheco and Kareem Hunt are healthy and garnering touches out of the backfield. Perine has turned 17 carries into 82 yards and a touchdown while adding 25 receptions for 289 yards and a score over 15 games in 2024.

Roschon Johnson RB | CHI
Bears' Roschon Johnson: One rushing attempt in loss
Johnson had a three-yard carry in the Bears' 34-17 loss to the Lions on Sunday.
After missing the last two games due to a concussion, Johnson touched the ball once as the backup to D'Andre Swift. Since Chicago's Week 8 bye, Johnson has posted 21 or fewer scrimmage yards in six of seven games. However, the veteran has found the end zone three times in the last seven games, making him a touchdown-or-bust option in the fantasy playoffs.

De'Von Achane RB | MIA
Dolphins' De'Von Achane: Explodes for 190 yards Sunday
Achane took 17 carries for 120 yards and a touchdown while corralling six of seven targets for 70 yards in Sunday's 29-17 win over the 49ers.
Achane took full advantage of San Francisco's porous rush defense en route to his first 100-plus yard rushing game of the season. In addition to his gaudy rushing total, the explosive back also led the Dolphins in receiving yardage Sunday. Achane had failed to eclipse the 4.0 yards per carry barometer of success for rushers in each of his last four appearances, but he absolutely crushed that mark with a 7.1 yard average against the 49ers. Backup Raheem Mostert remained involved with 10 touches, but it's Achane that fantasy managers should prefer out of Miami's backfield heading into next Sunday's tilt against Cleveland.

D'Andre Swift RB | CHI
Bears' D'Andre Swift: Accrues 53 total yards in loss
Swift rushed nine times for 20 yards and brought in all three targets for 33 yards in the Bears' 34-17 loss to the Lions on Sunday.
Swift unsurprisingly struggled as a runner against Detroit's tough run defense, and game script also eventually turned against the ground attack. However, the veteran back was able to at least partly make up for it with a serviceable day through the air, generating his second-highest receiving yardage total since Week 5. Swift failed to log double-digit carries for the first time this season, but he should have a good opportunity to get back to that volume in a Week 17 home matchup against the Seahawks on Thursday night.

Kenneth Walker III RB | SEA
Seahawks' Kenneth Walker: Headed for MRI on ankle
Walker will need imaging to determine the severity of the ankle injury he suffered in Sunday's 27-24 loss to the Vikings, coach Mike McDonald said after the game, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Walker exited in what had been his return from a two-game absence due to a calf injury. Even if the imaging reveals good news, Walker will be hard-pressed to recover on a short week for Thursday's game against the Bears. Zach Charbonnet would be in line for a heavy workload if Walker's unable to face Chicago.

Chase Brown RB | CIN
Bengals' Chase Brown: Over 100 total yards in win
Brown rushed 18 times for 91 yards and brought in all three targets for 18 yards in the Bengals' 24-6 win over the Browns on Sunday.
Brown was the only Bengals running back to log a carry and was typically efficient while also carrying out a modest role in the passing game. The standout second-year pro has at least 70 rushing yards in four of the last five games and multiple receptions in all but one contest, affording him a very safe fantasy floor heading into a Week 17 home matchup against the Broncos on Saturday afternoon.

Brian Robinson Jr. RB | SF
Commanders' Brian Robinson: Can't hold onto ball in Week 16
Robinson carried the ball 10 times for 24 yards and caught two of three targets for 17 yards in Sunday's 36-33 win over the Eagles. He also lost two fumbles.
The third-year running back wasn't much involved in the game plan once the Commanders fell behind early, in part because he coughed up the ball on two of the team's first five possessions, and Jayden Daniels wound up leading the team in rushing yards while also throwing five TDs in the comeback victory. Robinson still crept closer to 1,000 scrimmage yards for the season, and he sits 127 yards away heading into a Week 17 clash with the Falcons that could allow him to have more of a featured role if he isn't in coach Dan Quinn's doghouse.

Tyjae Spears RB | TEN
Titans' Tyjae Spears: Pair of rushing TDs in loss
Spears rushed 10 times for 27 yards and two touchdowns and brought in three of four targets for 39 yards in the Titans' 38-30 loss to the Colts on Sunday.
Spears crossed the goal line from 11 and two yards out in the second half, and he finished with two more carries than backfield mate Tony Pollard. Spears also outshined Pollard as a receiver, recording one more catch and 34 more receiving yards on the same number of targets. Spears had shined as a pass catcher in Week 15 against the Bengals when Pollard missed time during the game managing his ongoing ankle issue, and the former's usage Sunday sets up an unfavorably uncertain fantasy situation in Tennessee's backfield for a Week 17 road matchup against the Jaguars.

Saquon Barkley RB | PHI
Eagles' Saquon Barkley: Massive day not enough Sunday
Barkley carried the ball 29 times for 150 yards and two touchdowns and failed to catch his only target in Sunday's 36-33 loss to the Commanders.
The MVP candidate opened the scoring with a two-yard score on the Eagles' first possession and followed it up with a 68-yard TD dash late in the first quarter, giving Barkley his sixth multi-touchdown game of the season. He's up to a career-high 13 rushing TDs, and with two games left on the schedule, he needs 162 more rushing yards to reach 2,000 for the first time. The Eagles' offense could look very different in Week 17 against the Cowboys, however, as Jalen Hurts (concussion) and Kenny Pickett (ribs) both got hurt in Sunday's loss. If Philly is forced to turn to Tanner McKee, a 2023 sixth-round pick who has yet to attempt a pass in the NFL, under center against Dallas, Barkley may not find his usual room to run.

Kenneth Walker III RB | SEA
Seahawks' Kenneth Walker: Injures ankle Sunday
Walker exited Sunday's game against the Vikings after sustaining an ankle injury.
Prior to his departure, Walker carried eight times for 31 yards and caught all eight of his targets for 28 yards. In Walker's absence, Zach Charbonnet and Kenny McIntosh are available to handle Seattle's backfield duties.
