Jeff Wilson RB | MIA
Dolphins' Jeff Wilson: Logs full practice Thursday
Wilson (oblique) practiced fully Thursday, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
Wilson was ruled out late in last Thursday's loss to the Bills with an oblique injury, but after a limited session to begin Week 3 prep Wednesday, he was able to handle every rep one day later. Fellow running back Raheem Mostert's (chest) reps again were capped Thursday, though, so there remains a question mark in the Dolphins backfield behind No. 1 option De'Von Achane. If Mostert is inhibited or even out Sunday at Seattle, Wilson would be the top candidate to fill in behind Achane.

Raheem Mostert RB | LV
Dolphins' Raheem Mostert: Another limited session
Mostert (chest) practiced in a limited capacity Thursday, David Furones of the South Florida Sun Sentinel reports.
After Mostert emerged from Week 1 with a chest injury, the Dolphins held him out of practice on a short week and then ruled him out for last Thursday's contest versus the Bills. As Miami reconvened this week, he's been able to maintain his activity level through two sessions, but his listing on Friday's injury report will be key as it pertains to his odds to return Sunday at Seattle. Once he's cleared for game action, Mostert likely will take a back seat to second-year pro De'Von Achane out of the Dolphins backfield.

Kenneth Walker III RB | KC
Seahawks' Kenneth Walker: No practice again Thursday
Walker (oblique) officially didn't practice Thursday, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.
Walker hasn't taken part in drills since suffering an oblique injury during a Week 1 win against the Broncos, but he may be making some progress in his recovery, as he was spotted running on a side field during warmups prior to Thursday's session, per Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times. Before sitting out Week 2 at New England, Seattle listed him as doubtful to suit up, so the team could take a similar approach when it posts its final practice report of the week Friday. Zach Charbonnet is on hand to man the Seahawks backfield if Walker misses a second consecutive game Sunday versus the Dolphins.

Kenneth Walker III RB | KC
Seahawks' Kenneth Walker: Little activity Thursday
Walker (oblique) was seen running on the side during Thursday's practice, Bob Condotta of The Seattle Times reports.
Walker thus seems destined to go down as a non-participant for a second straight session to begin Week 3 prep, giving him just one more chance to practice ahead of the weekend. If Walker misses a second game in a row Sunday against the Dolphins, Zach Charbonnet again will pace the Seahawks backfield.

Rachaad White RB | WAS
Buccaneers' Rachaad White: Stays limited at practice
White (groin) was a limited practice participant Thursday, Brianna Dix of the Buccaneers' official site reports.
White played through a groin injury this past Sunday in Detroit that has resulted in back-to-back capped sessions to kick off Week 3 prep. There's been no indication that he may be in danger of missing Sunday's game against the Broncos, and the Buccaneers could provide clarity on his situation as soon as the release of Friday's practice report. Through two contests this season, White has 32 touches to backup Bucky Irving's 18, though the former is averaging just a shade under 2.0 yards per carry.

Aaron Jones RB | MIN
Vikings' Aaron Jones: Full practice Thursday
Jones (hip) practiced fully Thursday.
Jones made a surprise appearance on the Vikings' first Week 3 injury report as limited due to a hip issue, but it ultimately won't stop him from being available Sunday against the Texans. Through two games, he's ceded occasional backfield reps to Ty Chandler, with Jones seeing 30 touches to the latter's 21. The breakdown seemingly has been instituted to keep Jones as healthy as possible due to his cluttered medical chart, but he'll continue to have the upper hand on Chandler as long as he's available.

Travis Homer RB | PIT
Bears' Travis Homer: Limited by injury
Homer (finger) was a limited participant during practice Thursday.
Homer wasn't on Wednesday's injury report, so it's not clear when or how he picked up the injury. Depending on the severity of it, the 26-year-old would likely be able to play through it; however, more clarity on his status for Sunday's game against the Colts won't likely come until Friday.

Cam Akers RB | SEA
Texans' Cam Akers: Could be headed for Week 3 start
Akers took first-team snaps at practices Wednesday and Thursday while Joe Mixon (ankle) and Dameon Pierce (hamstring) sat out both sessions, Aaron Wilson of KPRC 2 Houston reports.
A healthy inactive Week 1 despite completing his recovery from the torn left Achilles' tendon he suffered last November without any setbacks, Akers could suddenly find himself in a leading role out of the backfield for a potent Houston offense two weeks later. As Wilson notes, the ankle injury that Mixon suffered in the second half of last Sunday's win over the Bears isn't regarded as a long-term concern, but the back-to-back absences at practice make it increasingly likely that he'll be sidelined for this weekend's game versus the Vikings. Wilson adds that Pierce is also close to a return after sitting out the Week 2 contest, but he appears to be trending toward missing another game this weekend. While serving as the No. 2 back behind Mixon in Week 2, Akers was productive with seven carries for 32 yards and one catch for three yards, though he lost a red-zone fumble in the win. If Mixon and Pierce are both sidelined Sunday in Minnesota, Akers should operate as Houston's lead ballcarrier, but he could cede some passing-down work to Dare Ogunbowale.

Tank Bigsby RB | PHI
Jaguars' Tank Bigsby: Officially limited in practice
Bigsby (shoulder) practiced in a limited capacity Thursday, Demetrius Harvey of The Florida Times-Union reports.
Bigsby wore a non-contact jersey in Thursday's practice, per Harvey. The second-year pro sustained a shoulder injury against the Browns in Week 2, and though he managed to retake the field, that issue could be why Bigsby didn't play any offensive snaps versus Cleveland. Coach Doug Pederson said Thursday that Bigsby would play Monday against the Bills, but it sounds like the Jaguars will be careful with him at practice.

Josh Jacobs RB | GB
Packers' Josh Jacobs: Another limited showing
Jacobs (back) practiced on a limited basis Thursday.
Jacobs now has been listed as limited on five consecutive injury reports due to a lingering back issue, but the cap on his reps is merely precautionary, as evidenced by the running back racking up 32 carries for 151 yards during this past Sunday's win against the Colts. If last week is any indication, he'll be cleared once the Packers post their final report of Week 3 prep Friday.
