  • Commanders' Brian Robinson: Remains sidelined at practice

Robinson (hamstring) was a non-participant at Thursday's practice.

For a second day in a row, Robinson was held out of drills due to a hamstring issue, but he was spotted working with team trainers on the side during Thursday's session, per John Keim of ESPN.com. The development may indicate that Robinson has a chance to practice Friday, but if he doesn't, there's also the possibility that the Commanders rule him out upon posting their final Week 15 injury report. If Robinson is limited or sidelined Sunday at the Rams, Antonio Gibson would be in line for a bigger role, with Chris Rodriguez on hand for complementary reps.

  • Samaje Perine RB | CIN

Broncos' Samaje Perine: In clear for Saturday's game

Perine (knee) doesn't have a game status for Saturday's matchup with the Lions after he was a full participant in Thursday's practice, Aric DiLalla of the Broncos' official site reports.

After being listed as a full participant Tuesday on the Broncos' first Week 15 injury report, Perine was downgraded to a non-participant Wednesday, but his return to full activity Thursday suggests his absence from practice was maintenance-related. He should be able to fill his usual role as the Broncos' preferred running back on passing downs, with Javonte Williams continuing to see the bulk of the snaps on early downs. Perine has drawn at least one target in all 13 of Denver's games to date and has already established career-high totals in catches (40) and receiving yards (378).

  • Zamir White RB | LV

Raiders' Zamir White: In line for starting nod Thursday

White is in line to serve as the Raiders' starting running back Thursday against the Chargers with Josh Jacobs (quadricep) listed as questionable but on track to sit out the Week 15 game, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Jacobs has played in all of the Raiders' 13 games to date and has been a three-down workhorse, clearing 70 percent of the offensive snaps in each of the first 12 contests until the quad issue forced him out late in this past Sunday's 3-0 win over the Vikings. After Jacobs was unable to move past the injury on a short week, the Raiders will now turn the backfield over to White and Ameer Abdullah, with Brandon Bolden lingering as a third option but more likely to see nearly all of his work on special teams. The 5-foot-9, 203-pound Abdullah is likely to have a role as the Raiders' top change-of-pace/passing-down option Thursday, but the more sturdily built White (6-foot, 215 pounds) is the favorite to lead the Raiders in carries and should see most of the snaps in goal-line/short-yardage situations. The 24-year-old doesn't have much of an NFL track record to fall back on -- he's averaged 3.4 yards and has yet to score a touchdown on 37 career carries -- but with Jacobs out of the mix, White could see enough volume to bring utility in fantasy lineups.

  • Breece Hall RB | NYJ

Jets' Breece Hall: Limited again Thursday

Hall (ankle) remained limited in Thursday's practice, Rich Cimini of ESPN.com reports.

Hall has been dealing with the ankle issue for weeks but has continued to play through it and has yet to miss a game this season. Hall is coming off one of his best games of 2023, totaling 126 yards and one touchdown on 18 touches last Sunday against the Texans. He should be fine for Sunday's game against the Dolphins.

  • 49ers' Elijah Mitchell: Not participating Thursday

Mitchell (knee) was not participating in the media portion of Thursday's practice, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

Mitchell was estimated as limited Wednesday, so a DNP would be an obvious downgrade. The third-year back missed last week's win over the Seahawks and has missed a total of four games to various injuries this season. Mitchell is averaging just 4.9 carries per game when healthy.

  • Dolphins' Raheem Mostert: Goes down as limited participant

Mostert (knee) was listed as a limited participant in Thursday's walk-through practice, Travis Wingfield of the Dolphins' official site reports.

The Dolphins haven't held a formal practice following Monday's 28-27 loss to the Titans, but Mostert's limited listing for Thursday implies that he would have been able to take part in some drills if Miami had taken the field in full pads. Since late October, Mostert has been regularly featured on Miami injury reports due to ankle and knee issues, but he's yet to miss a game this season. Even if Mostert maintains limited practice activity Friday, he should still be in good shape to start Sunday's game against the Jets, but what kind of workload he handles may hinge on the availability of fellow running back De'Von Achane (toe). Achane has been estimated as a non-participant on both of the Dolphins' first two Week 15 injury reports, and head coach Mike McDaniel labeled the rookie back as an "unknown" for Sunday's game at this stage of the week, per Daniel Oyefusi of the Miami Herald.

  • Josh Jacobs RB | GB

Raiders' Josh Jacobs: Not expected to play Thursday

Jacobs (quad) isn't expected to play Thursday night against the Chargers, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.

Jacobs approached the contest listed as questionable after being estimated as a non-participant in each of the Raiders' walkthroughs Monday through Wednesday, but it appears as though he will be sidelined versus Los Angeles. Official confirmation of his Week 15 status will arrive once inactives are posted ahead of Thursday's 8:15 p.m. ET kickoff, but assuming Jacobs is deemed unavailable, Zamir White would be in line to start in his place, with Ameer Abdullah also in the mix.

  • AJ Dillon RB | CAR

Packers' AJ Dillon: Misses practice due to broken thumb

Dillon, who didn't practice Thursday, told Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel that he sustained a broken right thumb during Monday's loss at the Giants.

Silverstein noted that Dillon was wearing a brace on the thumb, and the running back himself said that he and the Packers need to determine whether playing with the issue will be a hinderance and/or create issues with ball security going forward. Dillon will have one more chance this week to mix into drills Friday, at which point the team may make rulings on both him and Aaron Jones, the latter of whom is making his way back from a sprained MCL. Jones' on-field work has been capped the last two weeks, but considering he's actually handled reps while Dillon has not during Week 15 prep, the former seems like the better bet of the two to be available Sunday versus the Buccaneers.

  • Jaguars' Travis Etienne: Limited again Thursday

Etienne (ribs) remained limited in Thursday's practice.

Etienne has been dealing with a rib issue for a couple weeks but has yet to miss a game. He should be ready to go for Sunday night's AFC clash with the Ravens, but may have to practice fully Friday in order to avoid a Week 15 injury designation.

  • Saints' Kendre Miller: Misses practice once again

Miller (ankle) did not practice Thursday, Mike Triplett of NewOrleans.Football reports.

Miller continues to be sidelined by a sprained ankle and appears all but guaranteed to miss his fifth consecutive game with the injury, considering he hasn't played or practiced since Week 9. However, if he can get on the practice field Friday, it could help get him a jump start on returning on a short week against the Rams next Thursday. That is, assuming he does indeed miss Sunday's game against the Giants.
