  • Tyler Conklin TE | DET

Vikings' Tyler Conklin: Nine targets in loss

Conklin caught seven of nine targets for 56 yards in Sunday's 29-27 loss to Detroit.

The nine targets set a new highwater mark for Conklin this season, which was due in large part to the absence of Adam Thielen (ankle), who left the contest early in the first quarter. The 25-year-old's seven receptions also tied his season high this year, and he figures to see a small uptick in attention from Kirk Cousins for as long as Thielen is sidelined. Conklin would make for a strong bye week fill-in option Thursday against the Steelers if the Vikings are forced to play without their No. 2 wideout.

  • Jimmy Graham TE | NO

Bears' Jimmy Graham: Finds end zone again

Graham hauled in a one-yard touchdown in the Bears' 33-22 loss to the Cardinals on Sunday.

Graham was targeted once, while teammate Cole Kmet had seven passes thrown his way. Over the past few weeks, the majority of Graham's targets have been near the end zone, and his fantasy value is highly dependent upon his scoring touchdowns on his limited targets, especially with Kmet being the team's primary receiving tight end.

  • Dallas Goedert TE | PHI

Eagles' Dallas Goedert: Delivers against Jets

Goedert recorded six catches on six targets for 105 yards and two touchdowns in Sunday's 33-18 win over the Jets.

Goedert came alive with Gardner Minshew under center, matching his highest catch total of the season. He particularly delivered early in the game by accounting for Philadelphia's first two touchdowns of the game with receptions of 36 and 25 yards. Given that the Eagles were up by two scores for much of the second half, Minshew took to the air only 10 times in the final two quarters. That limited Goedert's potential to further deliver, though he still managed top 100 yards for the first time this season. The Eagles now head into a Week 14 bye, so Jalen Hurts (ankle) has the potential to be back under center by the next time Goedert takes the field.

  • Pharaoh Brown TE | ARI

Texans' Pharaoh Brown: Makes four grabs

Brown caught four of five targets for 23 yards but lost a fumble in Sunday's 31-0 loss to the Colts.

Brown led the Texans in receptions and trailed only Brandin Cooks in targets and yards, but he coughed the ball up following a first-quarter catch. Even though he matched his season high in grabs, his miscue Sunday damaged his overall performance. He'll strive to clean his play up next weekend versus the Seahawks.

  • Cole Kmet TE | CHI

Bears' Cole Kmet: Targeted seven times

Kmet caught three passes for 41 yards in the Bears' 33-22 loss to the Cardinals on Sunday.

Although Kmet had seven targets compared to one for Jimmy Graham, it was Kmet throwing the block that allowed Graham to score an easy goal-line touchdown. Over the past four games, Kmet is averaging 51 yards, but he hasn't scored a touchdown all year while Graham has recently been seeing regular red-zone targets. That limits Kmet's upside, though he's become a player who has become a reasonable starting fantasy option.

  • Football Team's Ricky Seals-Jones: Inactive Week 13

Seals-Jones (hip) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Raiders.

The journeyman thus will sit out a third straight contest after doing a serviceable job filling in for a then-injured Logan Thomas for a six-game stretch. Thomas is back healthy as of Week 12 and will continue filling No. 1 tight end duties, with rookie fourth-round pick John Bates bumping up the depth chart again behind him with Seals-Jones out.

  • Jordan Akins TE | JAC

    Texans' Jordan Akins: Inactive Sunday

Akins (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against the Colts.

With Akins still the odd man out, the Texans' Week 13 tight end options will be Pharaoh Brown, Brevin Jordan and Antony Auclair.

  • Trevon Wesco TE | LV

    Jets' Trevon Wesco: Inactive Sunday

Wesco (ankle) is inactive for Sunday's contest against the Eagles.

Coach Robert Saleh said Monday that Wesco was expected to miss two to four weeks, so it's surprising the backup tight end wasn't ruled out earlier in the week. In his absence, undrafted rookie Kenny Yeboah will likely operate as the primary backup behind Ryan Griffin.

  • Matt Bushman TE | KC

Raiders' Matt Bushman: Promoted from practice squad

Bushman was elevated to the active roster Saturday.

Bushman will get his second chance with the active roster this season, as Darren Waller (back/knee) has been ruled out for Sunday against Washington. Bushman's lone appearance came in Week 7 against the Eagles, where he saw 11 snaps on offense but failed to tally any stats. The BYU product will likely line up third on the depth chart behind Foster Moreau and Daniel Helm.

  • Darren Waller TE | MIA

Raiders' Darren Waller: Downgraded to out

Waller (back/knee) was ruled out Saturday ahead of Sunday's game against Washington, Vic Tafur of The Athletic reports.

Not much of a surprise given Waller was initially listed as doubtful following Friday's final injury report. Foster Moreau now steps in as the Raiders' top tight end and figures to be a crucial part of the offense considering the third-year LSU product had his best game (6-60-1) in the absence of Waller.
